Hello everyone and Happy New Year :smileface I know 2005 WILL be better since this year I lost my job, my precious Susie, the bill collectors are starting to call to chat and a good friend who is almost suicidal just called me to say her best friend died on Christmas Eve. Now, this could be a best friend or someone she knew casually but she's really upset and I'll be with her when she gets home from work. Really, I am worried about her because she gets really off the wall when something like this happens. She's taking meds and seeing doctors about problems but sometimes she needs help 24/7

Anyway, maybe this should be in Chit Chat but I just wanted to thank everyone, especially MA, for being there to help me this year. Thank you all for listening when I had to part with one of MY best friends. The great deals and coupons have really helped to have a Merry Christmas for DD and when she saw the tree on Christmas morning and said "Santa left all this for ME?"...I'll never forget it And I thank YOU for that!

Well, to get to my question: Can anyone explain the My Points program to me? I have signed up but I'm still confused on what we may do with these points... Do we save them up and redeem for gc's for on-line stores or b&m stores? :hayseed:

Here is my little (probably not so helpful) tip. I have my email settings set to recieve the maximum amount of email from them...then when someone calls that I am just chatting with I sort my mail so that I can see all the messsages they have sent (usually about 50 a month) and I just click through the offers. You need to click the green buttons in the emails to get 5 points each. Make sure you turn your pop-up blocker off to accept mypoints. It is amazing how fast that can add up when you are just talking on the phone to those bill collectors...

and ever since i changed my email acct w/them i dont get anymore emails to click on
what am i doing wrong

the sign up page has a very small red button top right with a 'members log in here'. Did you ever confirm your email? and check your email setting in your account area for how much email you want.
