Where is the rebate form?

I added 3 ther items and it still told me I needed $4 even though I was at $30+. All were being shipped from amazon

The Disney Pixar Boost 1:55... is not Eligible for free super saver shipping. I see how in your cart it shows that it is. My only guess is that between the time you put it in your cart and the time you went to check out Amazon ran out of their stock or something. If you look it up now, it does not show it's eligible. LMK if that was the problem.

btw.. $7.99 each is still a great deal w/out the rebate. This exact set sells at Kohls for $29.99 on sale. These also come in red and blue (the kohl's set is red).
