Click on avatar
That brings you to the upload page. You can choose from icons, or go to the bottom of your page and upload a picture from your computer (you can also use a URL if it's not saved on your comp)

To upload pictures to your photos, click Gallery at the top and the upload form will show up

I'm not sure exactly how many pictures you're allowed to upload, but I think you can do a few. There should be a link at the top that says Gallery, then click upload file.

I know I saw someone else have that problem recently (can't remember where) and Monica was able to fix it for them. Maybe you should PM her and she could help you. Or maybe PM a techie (mandiedq and lhart24 are the ones I know off hand). Hope that helps...

Could be a handful of things. The most likely culprit is that your image is too big! Pm me if you need help!
