How to choose where to shop

M located near Milwaukee wi and have 3 grocery stores to choose from. Pick n save, piggly wiggly and woodmans. Now woodmans tends to be cheaper but doesn't double coupons or send out flyers, pick n save doubles 5 coupons only on Wednesday's and piggly wiggly occasionally doubles but is the most expensive. I have a hard time deciding if I should go to woodmans or pick n save..

I usually look at the ads and deside by whats on sale, what I have coupons for and what we need that week. I also try and keep the prices of things that we normaly buy in mind when I go shopping somewhere else.

I do look at ads but woodmans doesn't put out ads so the only way to know there's a sale on something is to go to the store :/

madisondeals has posted more than 25 good deals
I used to go on a weekly trip to Woodman's just to scout for good deals and then would come back the next day with my coupons (I'm not a binder-carrier). Unfortunately the last time I was at my store I noticed 2 things that kind of deterred me: On the front doors it said "Woodman's does not accept internet coupons". That was kind of the whole point of shopping there for me, to be able to use those obscure IPs for products I can't find anywhere else. The second thing I saw was numerous signs that taking q's from tearpads was considered theft and they were watching and would prosecute for it. Now, I definitely frown on taking an entire pad or even more than you can reasonably use before the q expires, but that seemed a little extreme to me, especially since in my understanding those are put there by the distributors, NOT Woodmans, for customers to TAKE and try the product. Who cares if I buy it today or buy it tomorrow?

Taking an entire tear pad of coupons?! That's just not right.
