It isn't a STOCKPILE if you're selling it.

I think it's based on how close the stores are too each other?

Hey not sure where you live but did you know Publix is now opening hybrid stores? They are like WF but will also still have traditional Publix store items too. They even have curb side service.
This could be good if deals can be found.
Personally WF drains my wallet! LOL.

with the new Q policy, each store is supposed to come up with a list of competitor Qs they accept

YES! My fave cashier, Larry, told me yesterday that my Publix (Crossroads Shopping Center, 82/Lee Blvd Fort Myers, FL) will accept the following competitor coupons:

Target (YAY)
Winn Dixie
Sweetbay
Bravo

So then not knowing what Bravo was, I googled it, its a grocery store in Naples (30 miles south). Well I had never seen any Bravo coupons UNTIL last night my fiance hands me one of those entertainment books with restaurant coupons and I found 4 Winn Dixie $5/30 and 5 Bravo $7/50. I have still not gotten a real answer about Register Rewards but I haven't asked either LOL I guess that may help.
