Okay i ma still new to cvs, so i was wondering..... I have a register receipt that says $4 off $20 purchase. If i have $20 0r more in merchandise, will i be able to give the cashier the $4/$20 and then use coupons on top of that?

Yep, that's how it works. Make sure to give the $4 off $20 first ... before Man Qs ... when your total is still $20 or above.

Although, I have watched my cashier shuffle my coupons when I hand them in a stack and the $$ off $$ always works. Might just be the nice cashiers that are at my CVS though so you might not want to take a chance on giving the Qs out of order.
