You may be interested in checking out the "My Home" area of AFC My Home - Grocery Coupons & Deal Forums - A Full Cup that has a lot of great tips and ideas for saving money as well. Want to see what is coming out in the next Sunday paper coupon inserts? Then make sure to stop by Sunday Coupon Previews forum Sunday Coupon Previews - Grocery Coupons & Deal Forums - A Full Cup to check them out. Remember, there can be vast differences in different parts of the country, and even between two different papers in the same metro area. But, it is a good guide to let you know what may be in your paper.

Sometimes you can find offers for things you already buy, then all you have to do is follow the directions on the forms, invest a stamp in mailing them off, and wait for your money to come rolling back to you.
