Hello from central Illinois, where we are sick of winter and want spring to hurry up and get here!! I'm new, and am not sure how to navigate thru this site yet....any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
I'm married, 24 years now, have a wonderful son who has had a rough time with a very rare cancer, but is now cancer-free!!! His last scans came out great!!! I'm an at home mom/housewife....I worked all my life, until my son's cancer and my own health issues interrupted that way of life, 2 years ago....
I love to do couponing, gardening, preserving foods, cooking, jazz music, bowling (when my back cooperates with me), fishing, pool, poker, canasta, and slot machines!!!
Am currently battling a couple of herniated disks in my back, so moving around is a slow-go for me. I'm trying sterroid shots to hopefully avoid yet another back surgery!!!
That's me in a nutshell...hope to blog with you all!!

We live in a teeny tiny town in Kansas with a population of 501 people BUT
we are HOPPING on the weekends, as we have a Very Famous Italian restaurant 5 blks from my house... Josie's (I apologize if you can smell the garlic on my breath).
We have the cutest and sweetest Yorkshire puppy, Lilly who is 6 years old and weighs 4lbs.
We have 2 adult children with homes of their own

I have been here several times, but just watching not posting. Everyone is so smart, when it comes to putting together deals. I am not so great at putting them together so I just sit back and read what everyone posts. I have done a few deals...like the cheap water, but that was a while ago. I am located in central Florida, just a stitch north of Orlando. Is there anyone out there in my area? Just wondering. I will keep watching, you all keep posting.

I live by Orlando! I am 1 1/2 north of Orlando straight up the turn pike! I have only lived here since July so 1 1/2 seems like a whole state away but I am getting use to driving it! Good luck, this site is great! I am not very good at this yet but want to be!
