Stores I Shop at: Publix, Kroger, Ingle's, Wal-Mart ...would love to attempt the drug stores as well

Weekly grocery budget: $100

Number of people in my family: 5 still at home (3 grown children, 4 grands)

Number of pets: 4 dogs, 1 cat, 23 chickens

Years Couponing/Refunding: < 2 months

Favorite Coupon of all time: I'm loving them all right now..especially the ones that make the product FREE

What I hope to get from AFC: ideas, suggestions, more great deals

Hobbies/Interests: We are in the process of transforming our 8 acres into a self-sufficient homestead.

Quick tip - plan meals out ahead of time for the entire week by using the sale ads. Keep duplicate coupons of items you know your family loves. (especially items that store well or freeze, that way you can stock up on them when they are on sale!)

Additionally, always keep a pre-made shopping list of your "must haves" (so you know what to always get when it is on sale).
By pre-planning according to the sales...you will save time and $$.
