Member name: matica Name: patty Location: long island, ny Stores I Shop at: pathmark, target, cvs, waldbaums Weekly grocery budget: a lot but def trying to do better Number of people in my family: 5 (4 men that eat a lot) Number of pets: 2 Years Couponing/Refunding: many but never very good at it Favorite Coupon of all time: none What I hope to get from AFC: HELP! i seriously need to reduce my food bill so an education in saving money Hobbies/Interests: reading, gardening  |

| Welcome to AFC!!  You'll find plenty of coupon savy folks eager to share all the tricks of the trade! We are SO glad to have YOU!!!  Quick tip - plan meals out ahead of time for the entire week by using the sale ads. Keep duplicate coupons of items you know your family loves. (especially items that store well or freeze, that way you can stock up on them when they are on sale!) Additionally, always keep a pre-made shopping list of your "must haves" (so you know what to always get when it is on sale). By pre-planning according to the sales...you will save time and $$.

Could you please help me. I'm learning my way around but (and I feel like an idiot) I can not figure out how to start a new thread. I've been replying to others post. I have a total of 17 whoo hoo, but I would love to start one and I am very frustrated and am spending too much time looking for the way to start a new thread. I would appreciate it. Thanks, Patty |
