Years Couponing/Refunding: Ehh...Sporadic...I'm more of a store-brand buyer, and the time it would take me to clip coupons and run around to all the stores, plus the cost of the Sunday newspaper here ($1.50) made it not worth it to me.

Favorite Coupon of all time: I don't have anything specific to report, but a few times I have used price match plus a coupon for an item on sale already, and gotten those (grocery) items cheaply, and I have also bought after holiday items, like a wreath for like 13 cents. That's exciting!

How I found AFC: I saw a comment by one of your users on another web site saying she/he uses AFC all the time.

What I hope to get from AFC: I would like to have help finding coupons and sales at stores rather than solely finding them myself. I teach school and I work nights at another job, so I don't have time to do it all. Hopefully I can save some time and money also!

Hobbies/Interests: church, sign language (I teach at a Christian Deaf school and interpret for college students and Dr appointments.), a former home schooler and fan of those who do, love to collect Amish things and decorate my house with primitive decor.

the easiest way i learned to get around and be able to navagate is: when i log in i check the box below log in to "remember me" then, hit the button log in. When i get to the home page i then go to NEW POSTS and once that opens, I BOOKMARK that page. (right click on a blank area on that page and choose create shortcut) that will place an ICON on your desktop and so you will only have to click on that ICON to get into AFC You may get this message once you get there "vBulletin Message

Just click on the words NEW POSTS on the top row of page..it will let you in to AFC then You will see on the far right hand colum the word Forum...under that is titles of areas to visit....if you click on any of them in that colum it will bring you just to that specific topic...like say you click on WELCOME MAT and it will bring you too ALL the new people who joined thread! And soo on...to post a in a forum....you will find on the page NEW THREAD word and you can post that way.....to REPLY to a thread already started, you just use thr box at the bottom of the page you are viewing, and it will post a reply to the thread you are replying too.....if you have questions about Rep points and how to earn stars, please click on my links in this message that says HOW TO EARN STARS | ALL ABOUT USER REPUTATIONS...i hope this helps you out some..any more questions please feel free to ask anyone of us on the board. we are all here to help and all have started where you are now! Please allow me to point out a few things that you might find helpful...

At the bottom of every page, on the left hand side you will find "Acronyms and Terms used here". If you see a term or abbreviation you are not sure about, you can click that and it will help you find what you need to know.

To navigate AFC, you can click "Forum", (this is found at the top of the page, on the left hand side). When you click there you will be taken to a new page that will give you a list of all the different forums AFC has to offer. Click any forum topic and it'll take you there.

To see all the new chatter that is coming in for all the forums, you can click "New Post" (this is found at the top of the page, on the right hand side). When you click this a new page will open and it will show all the newest threads for the forums as they are submitted.

If ever you have trouble finding your own personal posts (maybe you'd like to go back review that thread or see if anyone responded) you can click "User CP" (this is found at the top of every page, left hand side), a box will scroll down, at the top of this box is "View My Posts". Click this and a new window will open with a list of all your posts.
