Walmart Walmart FAQs: April 2015 Update

These FAQs are to help shoppers learn to coupon at Walmart correctly and with less hassle.

There are over 4000+ Walmart locations in the US alone. No two stores or store managers are identical. Your local store is permitted to be as lenient or as rigid as it wishes in following Walmart's policies.

Many novice and experienced couponers alike will find Walmart to be a challenging store to coupon at because there are many stores and each one will be just a little bit different from the next.

Now, onto those Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What is Walmart's Price Match Policy?

Walmart actually has (2) policies that cover price matching. One is Walmart's Ad Match policy which allows you to price match local stores advertised prices, while the other is Walmart's Online Price Match Policy that allows you to price match specific online retailers.

Here is the link to Walmart's Ad Match Guarantee Policy

Quote:
We’re committed to providing low prices every day. On everything. So if you find a lower advertised price on an identical product, tell us and we’ll match it. Right at the register.

We gladly match the price in the following types of ads:*
-> Buy one, get one free ads with a specified price
Example: Buy one for $2.49, get one free (BOGO)
-> Competitors' ads that feature a specific item for a specified price
-> Preferred shopping card prices for specific items that are in a printed ad
-> For fresh produce and meat items when the price is offered in the same unit type (lb. for lb.; each for each)
-> Internet Pricing. See the Online Price Match Policy to find out what is honored in Walmart Stores

*The following are guidelines and limitations:
-> We will match any local competitor's advertised price.
-> We do not require customers to have the ad with them to honor a competitor's ad, but we reserve the right to verify an ad at any time; we also require the store to verify the ad if there is a difference in price greater than 25% from the competitor.
-> The system will prompt for supervisor verification at a 50% reduction in price or greater.
-> Items purchased must be identical to the ad (size, quantity, brand, flavor, color, etc.). No substitutions
-> In all situations Walmart reserves the right to limit BOGO quantities to one per customer or household

We do not match the price in the following types of competitor ads:
-> Items that require a separate purchase to get the ad price
example: "Buy [item A] to get [item B] for $C"
-> Items with no actual price that require a purchase to get free product
example: "Buy both [items A & B] to get [item C] for free"
-> Items that require a purchase to get a competitors' gift card
example: "Buy [item A] to get a $B gift card
-> Buy one, get one free (BOGO) ads with no actual price given
-> Going out of business or closeout prices
-> Percentage off
example: "All mascara, 40% off"
-> Competitors' private label price promotions
-> A specific price that omits a specific characteristic of an item (Example: $9.50 on "all sizes or quantities" of an assortment)

We do not honor:
-> Ads when the actual price for items cannot be determined
-> Competitor pricing on One Hour Guarantee Items
-> Misprinted ad prices of other retailers
-> "Going out of business" sales or "closeout" prices

Walmart reserves the right to verify an ad at any time, update or modify the terms of the Ad Match (Competition) Policy and its associated pricing strategies at any time
Here is the link to Walmart's Online Price Match Policy

Quote:

The Store Management has the final decision for matching an online price

Most people will stop there for policies, but there are a few more policies you will want to know. One currently only found on Walmart’s Ads is called Walmart’s Advertised Merchandise Policy. It has been reprinted here for your benefit.

Quote:
Walmart's Advertised Merchandise Policy - We intend to have every advertised item in stock. However, we may not offer some items in all locations, and quantity or availability will vary due to unexpected demand or other circumstances beyond our control. Prices offered on walmart.com may vary from prices offered in our stores. If an advertised item is out of stock at your Walmart store, upon your request, we will isue you a Rain Check so that you can purchase the item at the advertised price when it becomes available. In addition, Walmart may offer you a similar item at the advertised price or a comparable price reduction. "Special Buy" items, "Bonus" items, items identified as being available in limited quantities, and items that are not carried at your Walmart do not qualify for Rain checks or offers of substitute items. "Special Buy" items are items that we carry at a special price for a limited time only. “Bonus" items are items that include a bonus amount of the same item or an additional bonus item at no extra cost. “Rollback" means the advertised price is even lower than previously offered Every Day Low Price. In all cases we reserve the right to limit quantities to normal retail purchases or one per customer or household and to exclude dealers. Our advertising circular may vary by geographic region, and any particular circular will apply only to stores in that region. Offers and limitations void where prohibited by law. We apologize for, but will not be bound by, any errors in our advertisements. This advertised merchandise policy does not apply to our Prescription Program. Prices and or items available only in the USA and vary in Alaska, Hawaii, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, Puerto Rico or online at Walmart.com.
The other is Walmart's Return Policy.

Quote:
Our goal is to satisfy our customers by exchange, refund, or repair, as outlined in this policy. Walmart reserves the right to limit or decline returns or exchanges regardless of whether you have a receipt. All non-receipt returns are subject to a refund verification process requiring you to present identification. We encourage you to retain your purchase receipts, online order receipts and e-receipts. For items purchased on Walmart.com, please visit the Walmart.com return policy.

Also, as applicable, we follow any manufacturer’s warranties which can be provided and reviewed upon request. We offer repair service through the manufacturer on select merchandise, if available, if returned with the receipt.

Is there a time limit on returns?

Generally, we accept returns within 90 days after purchase. There are a few exceptions, including, but not limited to, these examples, to the 90-day rule:

Swimming pools, lawn mowers, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, air conditioners, power washers, compressors and generators must be returned within 30 days with a receipt to obtain a refund or exchange.
Computers, camcorders, digital cameras, digital music players, e-tablets, e-readers, portable video players, GPS units, video game hardware, pre-paid cellular devices and unopened air beds must be returned within 15 days with a receipt.
Post-paid (contract) cellular devices may only be returned to the store of original purchase, in undamaged condition within 14 days of purchase with receipt. Other contractually specified requirements may apply.
Unopened video game software, Cricut™ cartridges, Music and Pre-recorded movies may be returned with a receipt.

Do you have different return terms during the holidays?

As an added convenience for customers, Walmart has adjusted its return policy for the holiday gift buying season for items that have a limited return/exchange period (15 days, 30 days, etc.). For these items purchased between Nov. 1 and Dec. 24, the limited return period will begin Dec. 26. This includes items such as TVs, cameras, computers, DVD and music players that can have a 15-30 day return period.

Do you restrict certain returns?
Walmart will exchange or refund certain items with some limitations. All sales are final for guns, ammunition, gas powered mini bikes, go carts, dirt bikes, UTVs and ATVs. Tobacco and alcohol may be returned to the store of purchase with original receipt (except where prohibited by law).

Opened or used airbeds returned with receipt within 15 days of purchase may only be exchanged for the same airbed, or credit to one of equal or greater value. Defective airbeds may be exchanged for an airbed of equal of greater value within 90 days of purchase.

WIC & SNAP eligible items not purchased with WIC or SNAP benefits must be returned with the original receipt to receive a refund, exchange or store credit. Items acquired using WIC benefits that are defective or out-of-date may only be exchanged for identical product. Items acquired using SNAP may be exchanged for another SNAP eligible item, or refunded to the customer's SNAP account.

Do you accept returns without a receipt?

Walmart, for several years, has accepted returns without a receipt, even though many of our competitors require receipts for all returns. Walmart gives customers the option of a cash refund (if the purchase was under $25), a shopping card for the amount of the purchase (if it was over $25) or an even exchange for the product. To return or exchange items without a receipt, you are required to present a valid government issued photo ID.

We will accept your non-receipted return or exchange provided it meets all of the following conditions:
1. Returns are made according to the full policy outlined on our website
2. You have not been warned that future non-receipted returns may be limited
3. You have not been denied a return within the past 90 days
4. Your government issued photo ID is not altered

Do you track returns, or do you place a limit on the number of returns?

During a return or exchange, information from your ID is stored in a secured database of returns activity that Walmart uses to authorize returns. In the event that a customer has returned more than three items without receipts within a 45-day period, the cash register system will automatically flag the transaction, and a customer service manager or member of management must approve the return. These cash register messages will remain for six months and will disappear if there are no more returns during that time period.

Walmart reserves the right to update or modify the terms of the Exchange & Return Policy at any time.

Does Walmart have to accept my coupons ?

Walmart accepts Manufacturer Coupons (MQ), but you must purchase the brand, quantity, flavor, color, size specified on the MQ and use it prior to its expiration date. Coupons may only be accepted for merchandise Walmart sells, presented at the time of purchase, and have only one coupon attach per item.

One common misconceptions is if you have a manufacturer's coupon, Walmart has to accept it. This is not the case. In fact, Walmart reserves the right to not accept your coupons. It is Walmart's policy to hand back any coupon it does not accept.

Usually, local store management will only refuse to accept coupons it considers non-redeemable by the manufacturer, too serious a risk, or goes beyond the stores or coupon limits. Stores accept coupons at their own risk and good faith the manufacturer and clearing house will reimburse Walmart the amount specified on the coupon. Most folks do not realize it takes up to 180 days (6 months) for the local store to be reimbursed, and HQ (Bentonville) usually keeps the handling fee.

If the coupon states Store Coupon it is not accepted at Walmart as a coupon. See Competitor Coupons requirements.

In addition, Walmart may limit your purchase quantity with coupon to ONE. Here's what it says, "In all situations, we reserve the right to limit purchase quantities to typical retail purchase quantities or one-per-customer or household and to exclude dealers."

Can I use my insert, tearpad, mailer, blinkie, and peelie MQs at Walmart?

Yes, most MQs are valid at Walmart, including inserts, tearpads, mailers, blinkies, and peelies. MQs "MUST" meet ALL of the following criteria: state "Manufacturer Coupon", a valid remit address for the Manufacturer, an expiration date, a scannable bar code, and be legible.

No duplicates -- MQs duplicated from an original MQ are not acceptable. MQs for dollars/cents off, free items, or BOGO Free accepted as long as you meet the purchase item requirements stated on the coupon. Any and all limitations or restrictions stated on the coupon will be honored.

Will Walmart accept my "Catalina" printed from another store?

Yes, Walmart will accept Catalina coupons printed from another store for specific items. Walmart refers to these as Checkout coupons.

Checkout coupons must be printed from Competitors' registers for dollars/cents off on a specific item: state "Manufacturer Coupon", have a valid remit address for the Manufacturer, an expiration date, a scannable bar code, and be legible. The Catalina does not have to be from a local store to be legitimate. Checkout coupons may be printed in either black and white or color.

No duplicates. Checkout coupons "Off the entire basket purchase" (percentage, dollars/cents) are NOT accepted. This means Walmart does NOT accept OYNO Catalinas or % OFF Catalinas.

What happens if my coupon does not scan?

If your MQ or IP does not scan using the flatbed scanner, it is Walmart's policy to return the coupon to you. No matter what type of coupon. It is up to the local store management to determine if they are willing to risk the loss incurred from accepting a MQ or IP that does not scan. CSMs and store managers are the only ones who may "validate" your coupon in the system. Store Managers have the final decision.

Will Walmart accept coupons from other store ads?

Yes, Walmart accepts coupons in other store ads as Competitor coupons, but these are not traditional coupons. They are really ads requiring you to use a store promo code to obtain a sale price. For example, Safeway or Albertsons will advertise the price of an item you can receive simply by presenting the coupon at checkout.

Competitors' coupons must be for a specific item with a specified price, including BOGO Free coupons. They must also have a valid expiration date or ad date. Competitor's coupons in black and white or color are acceptable. These are processed as ad matching per Walmart's policy.

Competitors' coupons for dollars/cents off at a specific retailer, percentage off, double or triple value, or BOGO Free without a specified price are NOT ACCEPTED.

Please know CVS, RiteAid, and Walgreens advertise the price after a store coupon in their ad, in-ad competitor coupons, and prices after receiving a rebate [RR, ECB, UP]. Be careful when price matching these stores!

Are there limits to the number of coupons I may use at Walmart?

Limits stated on coupons per transaction will be honored.

In addition, Walmart limits the number of similar coupons per transaction and the number of coupons for the same item per transaction. A supervisor will be required to verify coupon usage if ANY of the following happens: 4 or more like coupons per transaction; A coupon for $5 or more; a total of $50 or more in coupons in one transaction; OR coupons totaling a percentage (%) off of the total sale.

In addition, Walmart reserves the right to limit purchase quantities to typical retail purchase quantities or one-per-customer or household and to exclude dealers. Quantities are not limited in New Mexico except when purchases are made for the purpose of reselling merchandise.

That means you may be limited to ONE coupon per item per transaction. One coupon that produces overage, One coupon with ad matching... One!

My personal experience is (4) is your friend. Most stores are fine with (4) unless the deal produces overage or involves ad matching or price matching with coupons. Then, we should expect a limit of (1).

OK! I know what you are thinking, that doesn't actually provide me a limit. What are the actual limits?

There are some common scenarios where you will be limited to ONE (1) item/deal:

Free/Overage Scenario -- You can expect to use a MQ for an item that will be free after coupon or provides overage. For example, the coupon states $2/1 and the normal price is $1.98 at Walmart. You will be restricted to only one coupon.

BOGO Deal Scenario -- It's a BOGO deal. Whether the BOGO deal is via ad match/price match (PM) or with a MQ. You will only be able to do (1) BOGO deal. For example, you see Doritos 11oz advertised for Buy One at $4.29 and Get One Free. You'll be able to get 2 bags, but not 4.

Online Price Match Scenario -- You found an online price at an approved online retailer cheaper than Walmart. You will only be able to purchase ONE (1) online PM item per customer per day.

Ad Match Scenario -- You found a local competitor selling the same item as Walmart for 50% off Walmart's Everyday Low Price. Walmart CSM and/or supervisor approval will be required to verify the deal in the ad, and Walmart may invoke its right to limit you to one item or the limit in the ad.

Also you need to realize Walmart restricts transactions. Multiple back to back transactions should not be expected. Usually, you will be able to conduct ONE (1) transaction that requires supervisor verification [4 or more like MQs, a $5+ MQ, a total of $50 in MQs, or 25% off or more].

In all instances, limits on MQs will be honored.

In addition, most store registers have line limits restricting the number of items processed in a given transaction. Watch out for the self-checkout and express registers as they usually stop at 60 lines.

Now your store MAY be more lenient and consider the typical retail purchase to be more than ONE, but do NOT expect it.
My personal experience is (4) is your friend, unless it is one of the scenarios above.

How does Walmart handle soda cap container offers?

There is a separate procedure for handling soda cap offers; however, these may require a CSM be called over and they will be processed as a Vendor Coupon.

Can I use my coupon to purchase trial or travel sizes?

Yes, you may purchase trial or travel sizes with coupons, as long as the coupon itself does not prohibit trial or travel sizes. Most trial sizes are considered 'single use' or will state 'try me size'. Most travel sizes are considered less than 3.4 oz. (100mL) in the US.

If the MQ states, "excludes trial sizes", "excludes travel sizes", or "Excludes trial/travel sizes" this is not permitted.

Realize that if purchasing the trial or travel sizes provides overage, you may end up back at the limit restriction of only using ONE.

My store is out of stock. Can I get a raincheck?

Well, that depends. Walmart only issues rainchecks for items advertised in their own ads without limitations. This means if the item is marked “Rollback”, “Special Buy”, “Limited Quantities”, or “Bonus” no rainchecks will be issued.

Otherwise, Walmart does NOT issue rainchecks. It is either on the shelf or not. Please see Walmart’s Advertised Merchandise Policy mentioned earlier.

Does Walmart double coupons?

No, Walmart does not double coupons.
Walmart always redeems the manufacturer coupon for its face value.
Face value is the actual value specified on the coupon.

Can I use coupons at the self-checkout? Can I ad match or price match at the self-checkout?

Some stores will simply not accept coupons in the self-checkout lanes. While stores permit coupon usage at the self-checkout, it can be extremely frustrating. Please know stores will have the self-checkout cashiers hover around you, take the coupons from you, and possibly even re-ring all your items and coupons. Also, the self-checkout lanes may not be able to process coupons that provide overage.

In addition, Walmart no longer is permitting ad matches or price matches at the self-checkout. This is because ad matches and price matches now require ad verification and possible CSM or supervisor approval.

If you only have a couple coupons or a few items, whether with coupon or ad matching or price matching it will actually be easier to use an Express Lane than the self-checkout. In very rare instances, some stores are permitting coupons and price matches in the self-checkout lanes, but this is no longer the norm.

Why do my coupons beep?

There are numerous reasons why coupons beep. Some stores have their registers set to beep for any MQ or IP reducing the item to 75% or more off its regular price. So, if you are creating overrage, or expecting a 75% or more discount, expect checkout to require a CSM. Coupons may beep to indicate the cashier needs to enter an amount, to validate a purchase because the item is not found, or to indicate the coupon did not process. Usually a coupon beeping means a CSM will once again be required. Please note: if you are using the self-checkout, the cashier may simply refuse your coupons.

Some stores have the actual beeping noise turned off and have cash register prompts instead. This can be seen as the coupon scanning but not deducting anything. Be aware that just because your coupon did not beep does not mean it was accepted.

How do I know my coupon was scanned and accepted?

Coupons scanned will be seen on the receipt immediately underneath the item purchased. Coupons that did not scan, but were still accepted, will appear at the bottom of the receipt as Vendor Coupon.

Before walking off too far from the cashier -- Double-check your receipts and also ensure all your items/bags are accounted for. If something is amiss, you'll have to stop by the CSM desk.

I thought Walmart provided overage. Why did I not get overage?

Walmart's official coupon policy states "If coupon value exceeds the price of the item, the excess may be given to the customer as cash or applied toward the basket purchase."

However, there are times when no overage will be provided:

- Please realize all stores are required by the manufacturer to honor the restrictions and limits stated on the coupon. If the coupon limits no cash back to the customer, you may not receive overage. An example from a P&G coupon, "No cash or credit in excess of shelf price may be returned to customer or applied to transaction." Please note: If you do get overage from a coupon that prohibits it, the cashier has most likely overrode the system and validated the coupon for you. It also means that cashier is NOT following policy and is NOT doing their job correctly.

- Governmental programs are ineligible. SNAP items purchased in a SNAP transaction are ineligible for cash back. In addition, WIC items purchased in a WIC transaction are applied to the basket purchase and may not be eligible for cash back.

- In many instances, Walmart will not hand back cash from the register. Instead, as stated in Walmart's Official Coupon Policy stores reserve the right to only apply the overage amount to the rest of your transaction. Please note: A customer cannot demand cash for coupon overage.

However, be mindful of your state restrictions, in many states, coupon overage may not be used to pay taxes. And in most states per state laws and regulations restricting cash for coupons, the store may require you to obtain the overage amount on a gift card or other store items.

How do I put overage on a giftcard or Bluebird card?

Request to add the overage amount to your reloadable Walmart gift card or your American Express Bluebird card. Walmart gift cards are accepted at any Walmart, Walmart.com, Neighborhood Market, or Sams Club. The Bluebird American Express card can be used at most places that accept American Express.

How do I price match (PM) at Walmart? Do I need the ad to price match?

Walmart's PMs are for IDENTICAL products. You should be able to provide all the specified information (brand, size, color, flavor, quantity, limits, price, local competitor store name and location, and current ad dates) to the cashier.

While the ad is not required for small price differences, you will be asked for the ad if the difference is 25% or more from Walmart's regular price. While the policy states it is the stores responsibility to verify the deal and the customer is not required to have the ad, most Walmart stores will only have ads from the local newspaper available. In addition, price differences of 50% off or more will require supervisor or CSM approval. Price differences of 50% off or more may be denied by your local store management.

Please realize you must purchase the exact identical item specified in the local competitors ad (brand, size, quantity, limits, flavor, color, etc.) or online retailers website (i.e., size, model, quantity, brand, flavor, color, price, retailer). In addition online retailer PMs require the item must be currently in-stock at the online retailer’s website at the time the request for the price match is made AND must be sold and fulfilled by the online retailer.

If you are going to PM an online retailer, you may want to have a smartphone with you with the information easily accessible. Please realize the cashier is responsible for verifying your PM, and some stores will have cashiers look up each PM in its current ad if you do not have the ad with you. Sorry, you will save yourself time by simply having the physical ad. If the ad is not delivered in the local newspaper, you will want to have the ad anyways to ensure the store can verify the deal.

Walmart states they will PM local competitors ads. How does Walmart define "local" competitors?

First, the store must have an actual printed and current ad. If you are PMing an online price, it must be the online price from one of the approved online retailers listed in the Online Price Match Policy.

Second, the easy way to determine local competitors is stores within 5 miles of the store and ads appear in your local Sunday or Wednesday newspaper. You can also ask local store managers by sending an email to the store and asking. Otherwise there is a bit more complex way to figure this out.

The default is a 30 mile radius from the store. There are (3) reasons why: 1) most Walmart stores are within 25 miles of each other; 2) the average distance across most US counties is about 30 miles; and 3) most people are only willing to commute about 25 miles.

But the actual defined area will be modified by these criteria:
-> Walmart does NOT PM stores across state lines. If your store is within 15 miles of the state line and you want to PM a store 5 miles across the state line, you will not be able to.
-> Walmart may expand the radius up to 50 miles if the distance to the closest Walmart is further than 25 miles. This basically puts the local competition in what is typical commuting distance for the area.
-> Walmart may reduce the competitive area to the distance between Walmart store locations when there are multiple store locations within 10 miles of each other. For example, when a competitor is located between two store locations, the competitor will be PM'd at the store it is located physically closer to.
-> Alternatively, the store will PM all competitor stores within the same county when there are multiple store locations in the same county. When your county is larger or smaller than 30 miles it may modify the area to be within the county lines.

Sams Club does not PM. Neighborhood Markets are limited to 5 miles. Walmart SuperCenters are the most complex.

What type of ads will Walmart PM?

Most ads and competitors can be price matched:
- Walmart will price match BOGO Free ads with a specified price, e.g. Buy one for $2.49 get one free.
- Competitor ads that feature a specific item for a specified price.
- Preferred shopping card prices for specific items in a printed ad.
- Fresh produce and meat items will be matched when the price is offered in the same unit type (lb. for lb.; each for each).
- Walmart.com and Online Retailers online price for items in-stock at the competitor and Walmart.
Please note: In all situations Walmart reserves the right to limit BOGO quantities AND online PMs to one per customer or household per day. Quantities are not limited in New Mexico except when purchases are made for the purpose of reselling merchandise.

You will need to have the ad with you for ads not delivered in your local newspaper AND the supervisor/CSM may deny ad matches 50% off or more Walmart's Everyday Low Prices.

Here's a nice little tidbit to know: Here's how Walmart validates legit ad matches to its store managers. It pulls UPC sales data provided by a 3rd party about competitor stores (currently AC Nielsen) and if the item actually rang up at that price that was a valid ad match. If the same UPC did not actually ring up at the point of sale at that price, then it gets reported back to the store as abuse.

What will Walmart NOT PM?
However, there are many limitations to what Walmart will NOT PM:
- If the actual price of the item cannot be determined or is not stated online or in the ad
- Items that require a separate purchase to get the price, e.g. "Buy [item A] to get [item B] for $C"
- Items with no actual price that require a purchase to get free product, e.g. "Buy both [items A & B] to get [item C] for free"
- BOGO Free ads with no actual price given
- Percentage off, e.g. "All Revlon, 40% off", or dollars off, e.g. "All Revlon, Save $2"
- Competitors' private labels
- Going out of business or closeout prices, i.e. Big Lots, "clearance sales", "liquidation"
- Competitor pricing on One Hour Guarantee Items
- If the item specifications and characteristics cannot be determined from the ad or all sizes are included, e.g. "$9.50 on "all sizes or quantities" of product A
- Items that require a purchase to get a competitors' gift card or certificate, e.g. "Buy [item A] to get a $B gift card" *Pharmacy transfer gift card offers fall under this example.
- Items where the price includes a rebate *ECBs, RRs, OYNOs, or UPs also fall under this example.
- Deals listed as available with a clearly stated manufacturer’s coupon, “on pack coupon,” or “coupon commonly found in Sunday newspaper”
- Online prices from marketplace and third-party sellers, e.g. Amazon.com when Amazon is not the seller.
- Online prices from auctions, e.g. Ebay, or retailers requiring memberships, e.g. Costco
- Online prices that cannot be determined independent of other items, e.g., fees, shipping charges
- Online prices requiring minimum quantity purchases
- Bundle offers, Instant Rebates, Mail-in Offers, Offers that include financing
- Clearance, Close out, Liquidation, Special Hour/Flash/Limited Quantity offers
- Damaged, Used, or Refurbished items
- Misprinted or inaccurate prices
- Online price match is not available in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico for in store purchases
- Online price match is not available for Walmart One Hour Guarantee Items
- Walmart.com will not price match on behalf of Walmart Marketplace Retailers to other online competitors
- Walmart.com will not price match items purchased on Walmart.com between Thanksgiving and Cyber-Monday
Please note: In addition, No substitutions will be made nor will rainchecks be issued to fulfill a PM.
