I went to a new wal-mart yesterday. Probrably wont go there again, they were soooooo rude. But I had 3 bayer coupons. They would only allow me to use one coupon because it says only one coupon is redeemable per purchase. I am pretty sure that means you need one coupon per item. How or where would I have that explained to them, I thought I would carry it with me. I asked for the manager and she came over and got mad at me that I can only use one coupon.
Thanks
Laurie

togiwawa has posted more than 50 good deals
I've only had that happen one time, and I asked the cashier " well, how many am I purchasing in this transaction?". It worked! Hth

I have been there before, and it can be almost impossible to teach someone who knows zero about coupons what that means. Try the suggestion above ^ if it happens again at check out, but if I were you I would call Walmart customer service and tell them about it. They will contact the store manager and let them know to give their staff a memo about what "one per purchase" means versus "one per customer" or "one per transaction" or "one per shopping trip"....

I had to do this once, just because every employee at my Walmart had been trained by a general manager (not the store manager or assistant manager, but the cashier manager or something like that) that walmart does not accept coupons on trial sizes even if the coupon doesn't exclude trial size....When EVERY employee in a store has been trained incorrectly, the only route to take is to call customer service really...

I always keep a copy of the WM coupon policy with ne ti show the cashier, as well as an email from there CS I got in relation to couponing. I would contact CS and include the questionable phrases and ask that they clear up any confusions you or the cashiers might have.

I am not being mean when I say this, but WM hires just about anyone. And sometimes their employes do not take the time to understand or even read their coupon policy.

Just try to be understanding and patient with them and hopefully it will work out for the best
