I had the worst morning at Walmart trying to price match school supplies. Another reason why I hate to shop there! They wouldn't match anything in ads like OfficeMax that was in a coupon form.

A d if the ad in smiths doesn't show the super v would it still count?

Walmart wont price match against another Walmart store, if that is what you meant. They don't compete with their own stores.
