I'm guessing this will vary by store. Seems too good to be true at all stores and walmart clearance always varies by location. Great find though and definitely worth looking into!

I used to work for Wal-Mart and if we have had an item that we are no longer carrying for too long, the system's final clearance is 2 cents. I once clearanced cologne that was originally $25 to 2 cents. Sold quick!
