Will this work at Walmart?

Target has a $1 off Oscar Mayer Bologna lunchmeat (Target Q)
Kroger has OM Bologna for $1 (12 oz pack)

Hoping to be able to price match the Kroger ad and use the competitor coupon (Target) to get the Bologna free. Thanks for any help.

Walmart really needs to clarify the coupon policy....it states that they will accept other store q's but they don't. If I took a store q to them for $1 off any product they would either a) say that they don't accept store q's , b) price match the product for $1 off or c) just pm and accept the store q and give me the hodogs for free (wishful thinking I know). If you pm the hotdogs for $1 and hand them a stoe q it's gonna beep no doubt and I highly doubt they'll just pm them for totally free...walmart is mean.

In this scenario per WM written policy it won't work. They do not accept "money off" qs from other stores, only listed price qs (basically a PM).

As with everything else in life, ymmv.

Unfortunately, even in my Walmart, which is VERY coupon friendly, this won't work. Some Walmarts (like mine) will accept the Target Q. HOWEVER, this is done as a price match. So you could take the Walmart price, use the Target Q as a price match, and then stack a manufactures Q on top of that. But you cannot do 2 price matches on one item. Price matching Kroger, then using the Target Q as a "price match". You can price match Kroger then use a manufactures Q OR use the Walmart price with the Target Q and a manufactures Q. Confusing I know!

Walmart does not accept competitors coupons!

Now you could get free bologna by price matching the kroger ad at Target and then using the Target coupon, YMMV though

Actually if you ask a csm or call Walmart ahead of time and ask they will accept. I've done it plenty of times and actually used it for that Oscar Meyer lunch meat

It is against their coupon policy to accept them. So just because you got an uniformed walmart worker, it diloes not mean they accept them. It is wrong, 100%

I know it is as I have read there policy. BUT I had those coupons with me and asked the manager directly. He said yes I'll take them. If I was going in there buying a stockpile of items he most likely wouldn't but since it was 1 most likely why he okay'd it. Who knows may have been in a good mood but I have used target coupons a handful of times there! Can't hurt to try!

I see the manager of my Walmart store every time I shop. (It helps I almost always shop on Friday). We are on a first name basis. He is the one who told me that my store, his store, will accept Target coupons. I use them EVERY TIME I shop there for one thing or another.

It is NOT wrong, (100% or otherwise) if the Store Manager has made it his policy. I am not doing anything wrong. I asked before I started using them. If they told me tomorrow I had to stop, I would. I am not cheating in any way.

All of the Walmart stores around here accept them. There are even signs in the stores that say "We accept competitor coupons".
