I had a transaction were the balance after regular coupons was 12.00 and I had a 3.00 & 4.00 RR coupons, I had plenty of items to cover all the coupons and they tried to tell me I could not use my RR because the RR exeeded the purchase price. This is the 2 time this has happend to me in 2 weeks. Has this happened to anybody else? None of my items was over 2.00 its like the computer wants an item to be over the price of a RR.

This was my purchase
skintimate shaving gel x3 = 5.97
gillette shaving creem 1.49
starbucks refresher .99
sunday papers x3 6.00

coupons .55 x 3 = 1.65

IF you were trying to use the OYNO RRs from WAG @ WM, they were correct in refusing them but it has nothing to do with the items or total. If you read terms of your OYNO RRs, MOST if NOT ALL of them I know says REDEEMABLE ONLY @ WAG. Aside from that WM has revised their policy in March last year to state clearly they will NOT accept any of the catalina coupons printed from OTHER STORES meant to pay for items in a transaction. They will take catalina coupons that are specific for certain items like $2 off Reach toothbrush or similar items.

If your post was meant to be in the WAG forum, then I suggest you see the SM who may be able to fix the problem.
