I got shot down at walmart, cause I was wanting cash back and the manager said that they do not do that and that using that many coupons (24) was not allowed.

I explained to her and told her that its in there coupon policy but she still insisted that they stop doing that and it was manager discretion.

I ask her when, and she said 2wks ago. I know that's not true because my friend just got cash back at the same store yesterday.

I left and went to another walmart across town, and ask to speak to a manager, because I wanted to find it if all the walmart in my area, are on the same page as far as the coupon policy goes. He said 'yes" and they should have taken the coupon. He even said that they will get there money back plus a .08 handling fee for each coupon.

At this store they only had two, and I had no problems at all and the manager was really nice.

I will be calling corp on Tue.

thats, what I thought, but manager refuse. I also forgot to say that she said they stopped 2wks ago, because of fraudulent coupons.

Mine expired on 5-27, but some people had coupons that lasted until July.

Mine have a july exp date on them. We just had 5 kittens 5 weeks ago and wm has the purina tidy cat litter for 2.24 so with the 2q off any size tidy cat..I spent. 24 cents a bag. Only used about 10 of them...holding out for another store to have a sale on it. Just an option for those that can't find the trial doggy food.

yea, that's what I should have done. Funny thing though, is that when I went in to speak with a manager yesterday, whom was not available. I had someone who was over that dept to do a product look up and said that there were only six in stock.

Now this stock has tons of them, and all of sudden they are gone.

As of today, the issue has been resolved. The manager apologize and gave me the money back in cash!!!
