If you have any "issues" with CSM/Cashier, ask for a SALARIED Co-Manager or Asst. Store Manager/Store Manager. Go armed with copies of the PMing and Coupon Policies highlighted to reflect the PREFERRED Card info, etc. SALARIED Managers have more input than the HOURLY Cashiers/CSM(s). Also, per the District Managers (DMs) and Store Managers, a Cashier CAN PM items and are AUTHORIZED to PM items $5 and under!

Yes, printed ads from the store's web site (i.e. Aldi Foods or other stores) are acceptable. Just be sure that the sales date is shown on the ad pages and is current, of course! For Aldi, you can scroll the "Weekly Ads..." by type of products.

I do this with all my PMing if I don't have the physical copy of the current ads. For example, Dollar General, Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, Aldi Foods, and Big Lots are about 30 minutes from our home/farm. So if I am not in the area where these stores are shopping and/or doing errands, I will print out the current ads for these stores and other stores for PMing.

PM the following stores if applicable in your areas--think outside the "Big Box" stores too--

I have just recently gotten into the PMing. Have been doing my local supermarkets. Lowes Foods and Food Lion. But just if I happen to be in WM anyway. I really like to avoid that place. It's too tempting to spend money that I shouldn't.
