| Price Match Question
Will WalMart price match prices from stores that are not local? ... For example: Here in my area there are no Albertson's or Krogers stores, if I print an ad from one of their websites, will they price match it? |

| PM ing Rule o Thumb
I've lived all over the country and I always figured it ought to be PMed if the ads come in the same newspaper. I do a lot of PMing at other stores at Christmas (KOHL's has an awesome PM policy!) but ran into an awful lot of hateful cashiers who wanted to argue geography with me. Go figure...

Walmart's policy says that you have to have the printed ad, not off of the internet. The don't require you to have a copy of the ad to do a PM, because they have copies of the local ads at the service desk. Since the store is not local, you would need a copy of the printed ad. You can always have a friend mail you a copy.

Has anyone heard about the new walmart policies? I was told by a friend that they were no longer going to match rite aid or walgreens. Does anyone know for sure?

When I was visiting my family in Nebraska I went to buy my husband a video game. I had an add from Denver and they price matched it.

I realized the other day that some cashiers at my WM aren't too familiar on what stores are around the area... I bet I could print out a Kroger ad or a store not around here and have them PM it. The WM I go to also doesn't have the ads at the desk or anywhere... even on Sunday.
