If I want to buy...say a hundred of one item at Walmart and they only have ten on the shelf...am I able to order the item in bulk to the store and then use my coupons??

I found a $3/2 on any johnson and johnson red cross product...walmart sells the travel size first aid kits for $.97 so after coupons you have a $1.06 overage...I have 300 coupons so that makes for a $300 overage...but of course that only works if walmart will order them in bulk for me

Take one of the coupons into the store manager and tell him that you want to order a large amount of the first aid kits and that you will be paying with the coupons. I know the store manager where I am would do it but he is more "out of the box" than a lot of them.

Yeah i'm going to give it a shot...Target carries them too so i'll try there also...the coupons are the best I have found so far for overage and I lucked into hundreds of them...lucky for me there are four Walmart stores and two Target stores within 20 miles of my house so God willing one of them will work with me.

Well I went through the checkout today and used 24 coupons and there were no issues but 300 who knows...my bill came to 10 cents on $86 purchase and there were no probs...this is my first real stab at couponing at Walmart...I am a Publix guy but they do not carry the first aid kits

The Walmart coupon policy states that "There is no limit on the number of coupons per transaction" so I think they should take all 300 coupons but getting them to order the 600 first aid kits needed to use all 300 seems highly unlikely. If I can get them to order 200 at a time I will be really happy.

Never hurts to ask Our local store manager looks at it as money towards his gross so as long as a coupon is legit he'll do it.

I read on here to go to the Pharmacy and ask them to order it for you. Anything that is medicine related is ordered by the pharmacist.

you got 300 of these coupons from publix? i guess noone else in your town can score a deal? thats a lil over the top, just sayin...

working there i know we can order more of most of our products. i have never had anyone order that large of an amount and only pay with coupons. even though the policy accepts it. it might kind of scare the manger- they may be leary of not getting reiembursed- i guess is what i really mean. i would definetly make sure the coupons dont state anyhting like one per customer or per transactionand valid on trial, before asking.

also- some items take a really long time to come in. some take just a day or two, but i know most of the travel items take a couple weeks- some you cant get at all wehn ordering in the summer. and i am only talking about keeping enough on the shelf for the everyday customer purchases. make sure the coupon wont expire before they may get there. if they take a week longer then the manager expects and your coupon expires, then the manager might be upset to have to hang on to all those until they sell.

not bashing your purchase at all, if you can do it- go ahead.
i work tomarrow- i'll try to remember to scan them and see the order time on these for you. it wont be exact- because all stores are a little different i'm sure. but it will be a rougher guess of a couple days or couple weeks for them to come in.

I wouldnt bother going to the pharmacist as they only order items behind the counter there should be a department manager that orders all the otc medicines and items

The otc person wll have to order these and if they are assembly items it could take, depending on the order cycle as much as 3 weeks to get here. Warehouse items should take simply several days . Good luck If I were that dept mgr I would be thrilled and would use it quickly as a VPI item ! Possible gift card for them for largest sales increase in that dept . HOPE HOPE

the dispensers are in all the publix stores..I don't just hit one I take some from all of them so there is always many left for other people but for some reason no one takes them...I have a friend who fills them and he says there are plenty so...you snooze you loose...i'm just sayin.......

I Order alot of my stuff in bulk and always pay with coupons. The most I have ordered is 300 dental floss it took about a week 1/2 to get them because they werent in the warehouse other wise it takes about 3 days. I had to do seperate transactions because the computer locks up at 400. So if I have 200 items and 200 coupons Ill be ok but if I have 201 items and 201 coupons machine will lock up and they call manager and so on & on. Then any overage I have I put on a gift card, I figure my overage first and ask for my giftcard at the beginning of my order. It works great for me. good luck
