No, it's a MQ but Wags has them on sale with a RR, so it'd be a good deal to use there. The MQ is good at any store.

I am not sure about Walmart, but I found them at CVS this week on sale 2/$1.00.

I looked for them tonight at WM and couldn't find any. I did find them at Kroger on sale 2/$1 and when you buy $15 worth you get a CAT for $5 off gift card purchase. I bought 30 of them and used 15 of the $1/2 Mars Easter candy Qs and got my $5 CAT.
