They tried to tell me that once with the price match and I said well here is my CVS card right on my ring then she went ahead and gave me the price. It's more than one way to do things!

Oh gosh! now I really DON"T want to try my coupons at wally world! But since I got My hubby to print and send me coupons from his computer I have to now. Im not looking forward to this shopping trip. I haven't used coupons there in almost a year cuz they were really bad! We will see how this trip goes!

FYI.....Don't forget they do surveys on Customer Service etc. If you look on the keypad where you slide your card they ask different questions such as the cleaniness of the store, customer service etc. This goes towards the store bonus program etc. It may not go to correct the problem right away, but with enough input it will hurt them in there pockets quaterly. HTH |

I just came from Walmart and the Asst Manager gave me such a hard time. I was trying to use $5 off any Hershey products, (catalina from Walgreens) he told me, "Walgreens is right outside why don't you use it there? I said, I am here now and I want to use it here. He was willing to let me walk out the door without any of my items. I said with a new policy in black & white, why wont you let me use my coupons. I asked for his name, told him I will call headquarters and complain. Then, he had a change of heart, oh but we do accept coupons. Me, oh then you just wont accept mine. He says, no that's not what I said. So what is it then? Can I use these or not? So he had the cashier re rung 26 items and accepted 6 $5 off any Hershey coupons. I just finish calling the Headquarter and she said someone will get back with me.

Took me 30 minutes to find someone to "help" me locate an item. When I finally found someone and asked him for help-he pointed me toward the back wall (from the center of the store) and started complaining and took off because he had forgotten to clock back in after eating his dinner! HELP????

So have you heard back? I complained a few weeks ago; I had a casheir rolling her eyes at me, refuse my coupons, then the CSM come over and be equally as rude while trying to walk away with my refused coupons in his hands.......... My results,,,,, I got a phone call on my answering machine stating : Hello, this is Anderson Walmart and I'm calling for Mrs. XX about a coupon question. If you have any questions about coupon please feel free to call our store back! THAT'S IT! They never took my call serious! It wasn't even the Store Manager that called because it was a female voice and the store has a male manager. This is the second time I've called on this store and both times I've gotten no results by calling. Last time I got basically chewed out by the Manager for calling. I really really hate shopping that store.... It makes no sense to me that the corporation would put a policy out and then not tell any of their stores about the policy! It's been long enough now that EVERYONE in this corporatio should have been properly trained, yet just a few days ago I had a cashier again trying to refuse my overage on my Millstone coupons and knowing nothing about a coupon policy...... He was telling me the whole "I'm gonna get in trouble for this but I'll do you the favor just this once" routine.... Wow, just returned and thanks for the information. I got 4 glade impressions 4.88 - 3.00 1.88, even my cashier said GREAT JOB.
