I'm hoping someone can help me with my questions about the Walgreen's diapers. What company makes them? How do they compare to Pampers and/or Huggies? My first grandbaby is due in December?, maybe January and my daughter has asked me to work my "coupon magic". TIA!!

They are ok not as good as Huggies. But for the cost they are well worth buying. Especially as often as you change a newborn they will be perfect. I do buy 1 size bigger than the name brand because they seem small to me.

I'm not sure what company makes them. We have used every brand under the sun and I have always found that the store brand is just as good as the more expensive name brand diapers. We just tried WAGS diapers and they work fine. I didn't upsize though. With the deal they have going on now, you can't lose. Stacey

I agree....the "baby" of our family is now 8, but I always used the WAGS or store brand diapers with all five of my kiddos and they worked just as fine as the Pampers or Huggies!! ![]()

I bought 15 packs yesterday, haven't tried them yet though. I did notice on the side there is a 100% satisfaction guaranteee on all wags products. So if you absolutely hate them you can take them back and at least get your money back or exchange for a diff size.

I buy the "premium" Walgreens brand (after asking this question awhile ago) and haven't had a problem. Note: there are two types they sell and I've read mixed reviews about the non-premium brand. HTH!
![]() | ![]() |

I did have to buy a few of the non-premium, because they didn't have size 5 in the premiums. We'll see how they are.

The premiums are not on sale though, right? So it would be $6.00 more if you bought 3 packs of those?

The premiums are on sale, I got some of those today. For some reason they only had the $5.99 signs on the regular but the premiums are also included in the sale. The green packages are the ones not on sale. The premium I bought are a red package.

when he sees how many diapers I am going to buy!! Most of the white packages are already cleaned out because they all have signs on them, the red ones don't look like they are on sale so they are still all there. This deal is so SWEET!!!! |

Trust me, he'll get over it. My DH now brags because we haven't had to buy diapers in a couple months because of our stockpile.

I tell ya, my 21 month old has been using them now for 2 days.....and so far so good!

The premiums are on sale here for $5.99, the regular megas for $7. I like the premiums better, they have a stretchier tab. Which my chunky monkey needed!!!

I am a formidable diaper stockpiler. I have enough size 5's to last my son until Xmas. I have enough newborn, size 1, size 2, and size 3 diapers for the new baby too. The problem is that diapers are such a bulky stockpile, they're crammerd everywhere! But I have never paid more than $5 a jumbo or $12 for a case!

Walgreens 813 931 3363 is the store I constantly have so much trouble out of. " I called and asked if they have the $50 coupon booklets. I was told by the pharmacist they are given only to people who purchase the savings plan. I told her the website says "juut for asking". She said at her store, they have them and will not give them out just for asking. The website clearly states they are given to those who inquire about the savings plan, not purchase it. I finally found a Walgreens that would give me the $50 coupon book (by University Mall on Fowler). I also had the Walgreens July Super Saver book. I took the 3 packs of size 6 Walgreens diapers to the register. They rang up $5.99 each. I used the $5.00 of any two which actually showed $7.50 ($2.50 per package). I then used the other Walgreens coupon which was $6.00 ($2.00 off each package). The total was $5.8? after tax. I paid with a debit card. I then asked about the $5 coupon that should print. Cashier said did not print and I did not see anything either. She said it only prints on jumbo size. The jumbo are not $5.99, the smaller size is $5.99 according to the signs in the store and the cashier. At size 6, there are 20 something in the pack. The jumbo pack is $10 and change. However, I can not complain about 3 pkgs for $5 and change. I did open them as I was curious about the thickness. I was a little disappointed they were much thinner than any of the brand names. However, again...for $5 and change....can' t complain. Also, I called the corporate office to let them know about the problem with the Armenia store. Guess what, "No one is available to take your call. Please leave a message and we will get back to you." I left a msg and am waiting a return call. Have a good night.

The jumbo pack *is* the one that is on sale for 5.99. It's the mega packs that are more. Sorry about the hard time your Walgs is giving you.
