With all the RR how can I get a gas card?

What do I hand first how much how many I know that i need one filler per RR right?

Yes...but I just got denied buying a walgreens card. I was told that a memo came down from corporate about people doing this and not to allow it. I am going to try at a different store and by my gift cards in smaller increments to see if that will work. I tried to buy a $130 gift card. Just did it yesterday no problem ($70 one).
So in answer to your question if you have 10 RR buy 9 items (the card counts as 1 item). I usually buy the caramels becuase they are inexpensive and so darn tasty!!

It may or may not happen. Read your RR and don't be surprised if you get shot down for trying to get one.

All the RRs I've received lately say they can not be redeemed for gift cards~~they used to say can not be redeemed for "walgreens" gift cards...now they just say "gift cards"

What do the gas cards look like? Where can you use them?

Here's what my RR wording is:

Excludes prescriptions and items prohibited by law. MAY also exclude cigarettes, liquor, stamps, sales tax, lottery tickets, dairy, legal tender & gift/phone cards. No cash value. Maximum limit not to exceed total purchase amount. Limit 1 RR per order.

So my wording leads me to believe that if I tried it on a GC it's going to be a YMMV deal.

I have always rolled into gift cards. Knock on wood. Just did today. two of them at once. My fav cashier was there today. As long as nothing beeps she will try. And nothing beeped!!

Got a $25.00 shell gas card and a $100.00 shell gas card. Still have about $150.00 RR to spend on more.

Shell is the only ones I see. All the fiftys are gone, and that was the last $25.00. So I had to shoot for a $100.00. Have never done that high before. Did it though. Get as many rebate items as you can. So you are still using your RR wisley in two ways at once! Gift cards don't expire.

Wow, that's great. When you buy your gift cards, do they allow you to use multiple RR in one transaction? I am guessing so since you are buying $25 and $100 gift cards at once.

I've never tried to use a RR to buy a gift card, so to be on the safe side I might ask my friendly store manager if they allow it based on my RR wording.

I stopped again coming home. Got:

1 Zantac
1 wags foil
5 candle holders on clearance @.25 each
1 shell gas card $50.00

oop 5.60 and need to go back to get the foil adjusted. He didnt scan the Q. Need to stop tomorrow to fill a gas tank for my grill. Will have two deals adjusted. That will pay me back 4.25. So it brings my avg. back down.

CooperLedgen YMMV. When you do this have more items than RR. I get one more than what I need. Just in case. Always look for the clearance first. Then what ever you can rebate without a Q.

I realize that I am lucky that the Wags here will take several at a time. If it don't beep they will take it.
