Ok...so I'm new to this site...and new to walgreen's deals for that matter. But today I was checking out the cost of Prilosec OTC for my grandfather and this is what i found:

42ct on sale for $26.99 - generates a $5 RR

-$1 coupon in today's paper

AND, they have a promotion on the box for a $5 gas cash mail-in offer...i had to ask the pharmacist to give me that box as she of course gave me the one without the offer on it (thankfully they were sitting on the shelf behind her so i could see there were ones with this special offer).

Good deal?

I think there is a $3 off Q from sometime in the recent past.

a few pharmacy's have had brochures for this med with $2 coupon on it, like harris teeter, although the $3 would be better

At my WAGS tonight a $1.00/1 catalina printed for Prilosec.

Walgreen's is getting ready to release their store brand version of Prilosec March 12th I believe. I'm wondering if I should hold out for that, or if this would be a better deal. Anyone have any idea how much the store brand will sell for?
