I bought 3 purple ribbons and 3 pink ribbons and only got back 4.00.
the cashier said it was because I used six 2.00 off coupons and my total wasn't some amount.The manager then proceeded to scan a pink one 6 times and it didn't print anything out.I asked him to scan the purple one six times and it printed out 3 4.00 off.
He gave me the extra 4.00 catalina for my trouble.

All the zest body wash seems to work I bought 3 different kinds.

The cashier told me that an employee bought some botanicals this morning and only 4.00 printed off.So there is a problem with some of the botanicals as well.

anywhere else it would work,but after what I just saw...I'm not so sure.

it should work at walgreens too,but the funny thing about it is, I had a quaker 4.00 catlina and she told me that if I used that it would not print out my rewards.I told her this is from quaker and the deal is on P&G.She still told me that it wouldn't work.Even though I was sure it would, I just said okay I'll keep it.
Now,had I used the 4.00 quaker when only the 4.00 P&G catalina printed out instead of 12.00,then she would have been able to say that was why.

Maybe the whole reason why some people are not getting their rewards back isn't because they are using catalinas on that transaction,It's because walgreens probably doesn't have some of the items in their system yet.

RR's are new to me and I haven't been that impressed with them until this deal.

I'm not sure if I'm curious enough to try the Quaker RR. If it's quiet when I go in and a certain cashier is working at the cosmetic counter, I may try it as she's great about experimenting.

Kinda sad sometimes that we have to work so hard for things that should be so easy.

I would go do it today.the free herbal essence will still register in the computer because it only recognizes you bought one and not when the cashier deducts the price.
The only kicker...what if one of the red zones isn't in the system?
Then the manager could go and print you out a form and turn it into a mail-in rebate,but at the same time he could say it's because you got one free, and he would be wrong.

Don't look at me to try this first either.I've tried all 4 red zones and don't like them.
