I'm new to couponing. Please help. The July book coupons are confusing me. Here is what I plan to buy:

1 Cotonelle 12 pack $4.99
-1.00 July savings book
.50/1 coupon
=3.50

2 huggies wipes $1.99
-1.00 July saving book
(2) .50 off coupons
=1.00

I plan on paying with a $4 RR.
Do I need 3 fillers? I'm confused as to whether the July savings book coupons count as manufacture coupons.

you need an item for every manufacture coupon you have -- the wags coupons don't matter. rr count as a manufacture coupon. since you're buying three items but using four manufacture coupons (2 huggies mfc, 1 cotonelle, and 1 rr) you're going to need just one filler. good luck
