So no one is having trouble with these? I was reading the policy online and found this:

Sale Items
Walgreens will accept manufacturer coupons for an item that is on sale.
In the event that any item's selling price is less than the value of the coupon, Walgreens will only accept the coupon in exchange for the selling price of the item. Coupon redemption can never exceed the selling price of an item and no cash back is ever provided in exchange for any coupons.

It shows in their policy the example: you buy an item for 4.99 have a 5.00 coupon and they will adjust the coupon to 4.99. Going to wags later with policy in hand and going to try this deal.

I got 4 of these the other day. The cashier made me buy a piece of candy for .33 to be able to use them since there was overage, she told me they can't adjust them. They have in the past but for some reason they didn't this time.

I was only buying one of the soaps with one coupon so of course it beeped. She was reading the coupon and it said something about Ivory personal cleaning product and she said the soap didn't qualify. huh? How idiodic is that? I finally convinced her that the problem was that she needed to adjust the q down to .99 but she said she couldn't do that. She finally called the manager and he told her how to do it. Wags is just so hard to coupon at that I rarely shop there anymore.

I think you both may be shopping at the wal-mart closest to me. I drive 20 minutes out of my way to another one to avoid the people that work at that one.

I didn't have any problem at all using the coupon today. No beeps I had other items though dont know if that helped.

I had no problem, other than I got a little excited and messed up one of my transactions, and paid 4$ more out of pocket than I should have. I was planning two more transactions, but walked away instead to figure things out turned out that I accidentally put out an item that was meant to be in the next transaction with the soap, so I had to burn an RR on a transaction without RR coming back. Oh well! Live and learn...

stopped by wags and ran in with my 2 coupons and had no issues...got 2 pks of 3 bars for .99 ea the cashier adjusted down the second coupon and i only paid tax. first time i went in there with no issues and didnt have to buy a filler!! whew!

I wish I could find some Ivory at my store. They had it last week so I ordered coupons. Now I have 25 and can't find the soap
