Is there a rebate form for the ProClearz AntiFungal Pen that was in the ad this week? I bought it, thinking it was a RR and when I got home belatedly checked my stuff - no RR, and now I see it was MIR. How do I claim this? Feeling really DUMB!!!! But happy to convert some RR to cash if I can .

When I did the online way for the fungal pen it wouldnt accept the offer code I had to put in it kept changing it to the igloo cooler code but it all went thru I am just wondering if it will be rejected.

I do not have my June book still . Possibly the offer expired 6/30/12.
I do not remember the deadline for submitting the rebate request but maybe the deadline has passed.

I successfully submitted my rebate request. The deadline is 7/30/12. The receipt must be dated between 5/27 and 6/30. I didn't have any trouble with the offer code (#3)

I was just going to post that info. I haven't submitted it online yet tho because we do have until 7/30. For those of you who no longer have the June cpn bklt, the Pro Clearz anti-Fungal Pen was #3. HTH~
