Today I went to Walgreens, I wanted to get the 2 of the Suave Lotions using B1G1 coupon. When I went to the register, I tried to use that, a filler, and a RR. First I was told that the manager said that you cannot use a RR with a B1G1. Second, since the B1G1's have 6/17/2012 as an expiration date, that means they can't be used today, the last day to use them was yesterday. Then she used these $1.00 off coupons she had behind the counter and took my B1G1. As far as my knowledge, the expiration date is the expiration date and it can be used until midnight of that night, is this wrong? Also, why can't a B1G1 coupon be used in conjunction with an RR?

You were right today is the last day to use the b1g1 coupons

You're right. You can use the coupon until tonight at 11:59 p.m. Also, you can use the BOGO Q with a RR deal. If she had given you the $1/1 Qs to use on the shampoo or conditioner, it wouldn't have mattered since it's $1 anyway.

With the lotions, I lost a dollar. Since they are $3 each. B1G1 free keeps it at $3 and $1x2 makes it $4. I was just wondering.

She also gave me this "card" that was printed on photo paper and has "Your Walgreens Savings, Spend $100 at our Cosmetic Register and get 15% off your next purchase" then some flowers and $10 over and over at the bottom. Has anyone else gotten one of these because the whole experience was just weird.

I tried to use the bogo as well and they knew the coupons should have worked. They did not know what to do with the new registers to get it to work. Very disappointing. My coupons were returned. I just voided them off my order.

Some Walgreens sometimes make their "flyers" or ads through the photo dept for in-store deals. I'm guessing that's what the "card" is that you were given.

It's supposed to be a stamp card that you get a punch for every $10 you spend. Just curious if I brought it back would they look at me like I was an idiot if I dealt with anyone but this particular clerk.

My guess is that it's an in-store deal. You can try at other stores in your region as well. Who knows? Sometimes each WAG can be a world of its own.
