I went back and tried it at around 11:30 pm and it rolled. I got the headbands.

i went today and it didnt roll and our ad and the signs for RR did not include elastic ties...whats up with that i need hair ties and FREE is good for me...then again we got new registers in so maybe that is why the didnt roll for me....hmmmm gonna try another location...hth

Actually stores with new registers are more likely to roll, old registers don't roll at all.
