I went to walgreens to get in on the jane promotion. Every Jane coupon scanned (yes!), but the manager refused to scan the walgreens coupon, saying that it was one or the other. I know I've talked to staff members at the store and they have told me I can use a walgreens coupon and a manufactures coupon at the same time but I don't have it in writing.

Another store was amazingly friendly when I went to do the deal on Tuesday, and told me to please come in today when they receive their shipment, but today the manager publicly chastised me (customers staring, employees running), and stated that he had contacted his district manager. He said there was no way I should have ever walked out of the store paying so little, and they (implied employees) were on to me and I would be watched. He also said that internet printable coupons were not accepted at HIS store, it was HIS store and corporate was not going to dictate how he ran HIS store. I was dumbfounded, and shocked and now I'm getting angry. . I feel humilated and could see the cashier who checked me out received the brunt of his agression.

I would absolutely call corporate. He had no right to treat you that way. He is not a franchise owner, for Pete's sake, so it is most certainly not "HIS" store. What an, ahem, we'll just say donkey.....

I emailed corporate yesterday wanting to know about using 2 Qs on a B1G1 (manu. Qs). I'll post what they reply when I get it. I would like to have a copy of their coupon policy in writing to carry w/ me when I shop. I'll push for it if I don't receive it in the email.
