I works nights and have trouble sleeping sometimes so I've tried them twice. The first time it seemed like I slept harder but still woke up a couple of times and the second time it was pretty much the same result...maybe a little less hard sleeping. They're ok for free though

I tried mine and i love them!! it says not for children under 18 on the back of the box im assuming for allergy purposes.? let me know if you try it on your children and if it works

The box says do not use if under the age of 18 and keep out of reach of children............. doesn't sound so "natural" to me.


I have always had really serious insomnia. I tried one the other night, and of course, I slept my usual 2 hours. But this has melatonin, so I guess that has to build up in your system to work. IDK, the taste was not too bad. I tried the energy sheets once when they were FARR and they were terrible.

I was surprised to find these today. I was also excited to get them to try for when I have insomnia (often, but I don't always use a sleep aid for it) except - I read the box and they contain maltodextrin. This is made from barley which has gluten. So any of you out there who are like me and can't have gluten you'll have to find someone else who needs them!

It's my understanding the energy sheets are not producing the RRs. The Sleep Sheets come in a yellow goldish box and do product the RRs. If someone has found out otherwise, please let everyone know. Thanks!

finally found at a store by my job..i wnet before work and none were there, went again when I got off in the am and they had 2 boxes ...I am a RN and work nights and sometimes when I'm off..i cant sleep,,,so I am gonna try 1 tonight
