Warning!!!! Rewards not printing on items like finish and Kellogg's cereal and even Dickinsons at one of my stores. Clearly an issue in their system...

I walked in and saw they were having a problem with the Finish but I wasn't doing that deal so decided to try to do a few of the simplier deals Lanicane and Witch Hazel. It went thru without a hitch....didn't press my luck by doing the others I was planning on doing.....will go again later this week and hopefully by they they have their act together!!!

My first transaction - nothing printed. They tried to argue that I used RRs to pay, so I wouldn't get them. I told them to just refund my RRs and cash oop and I'd be on my way. Seriously, did they think I'd just walk out the door?
At the next location, everything printed (Lanacane, Dickinson's and U by Kotex). No problems at all.
The first store had the new registers, second had the older ones. I'm not sure if that matters.

The Kelloggs RR did not print for me....

manager said they were having major issues with q's and rr Kelloggs did not print when I got 1 Strawberry Nutra Grain and 1 Apple Cinn Nutra Grain), it was the apple cinn that did not work. She did 2 Strawberry and no problem.

The new registers were going bonkers and my 1st order crashed it. Manager came and rang me up. She said the q's and rr were causing problems. She rang up all items, the added up all my q's and rr(24.00 total) and hard keyed it. No problem that time except no rr for Kelloggs Nutra grain. That is when she did the strawberry Nutra Grain 2x and gave me the rr. She was so nice I could not complain

I didn't get my Kelloggs rr. I was frustrated as I went to a Wags that isn't coupon friendly in another town. I was hoping things would go smooth and couldn't avoid where I had to shop at today and when the rr didn't print the young man had the manager come over after I pointed it out. He told her, as he did me, that it was because I used a rr to pay...I explained that I didn't use a Kelloggs rr to pay but the manager insisted I used a Kelloggs rr to pay. I didn't and kept saying please look at the rr I gave him. No luck they wouldn't even open the drawer to check. I am really going to avoid this store in the future as they don't understand coupons or rr's very well. In my past experience other stores will give the missing rr in cash or they've given me papers for the catalina company to fill out. I left with my bars and nothing else, I kept them since I really wanted them. I can handle losing out on a small rr but I don't understand why some Wags (not all!) are so difficult and untrained concerning coupons and register rewards.

Last minute trip to WAGS, they are so rude I try to avoid that store but $1 nutri grain bars sucked me in. I had to check out at pharmacy because front registers were down. Luckily shelves not being marked worked in my favor, got 4 boxes. RR's rolled but so used to CVS forgot a filler. Ran around and finally found a .29 lighter . Even had a nice cashier, someone else must train that pharmacy staff. I need to check out there more often.
