I transferred my Rx several days ago and have yet to get a coupon. I went back and read that there was a link to print after you submitted. Well, I already submitted and don't have a coupon....

I'm going to call the pharmacy and ask but I'm willing to bet they have no clue. Thoughts??

Click HERE for the steps of the process. I would try the supervisor of the pharmacy (the other pharmacists probably have no authority to do anything) and if you don't get good results I would suggest to take it to corporate.

Is it $25 PER prescription or is there a limit of 1 per customer? I have possibly 2 or 3 that I can transfer and am wondering how this would work.

I tranferred 1 last month. The amount you pay is the amount you will receive up to 25.00.
The gal said, if you only pay 8.00, that is all I would get I thought that was crummy), however mine was over the 25.00 and I did get the 25.00gc.

Months ago they did it and they limited it 1 for us.

Dagnabbit! I jus realized that Wags didn't sign contract with Express Scripts so I can't get my scripts transferred. Oh well.

Has anyone noticed that your Rx's are more expensive at Wags?!?

My fluoride toothpaste is 15$ at Wags but only 10$ at RA. Still a money maker though!

Mine is $7 no matter where I go but I do HATE Teva brand and thats who they use for my Ambien, ugh...would rather not have the gc...Teva brand generics do not work at all!

They do not price match ANYTHING. I actually told them I could get generics for 4.00 per month at Target if I get a 90 supply, and Wags cheapest is 24.00 for 3 months

Biggest Hassle Ever!

I will NEVER transfer a script to them again. I stood there 30 minutes waiting for them to figure out how to get the machine to process the gift card. They ended up having to void transactions, completely reprocess the prescription, and wait for the system to know what had happened.

Oh, and you can't use the gift card to buy Milk.

I had the very same experience each time at one location and I will be transferring all of my presription back to Kroger. First, when I transferred online, they were clueless and had no idea about my prescription being transferred and my prescription wasn't ready. I had to give them all of the information again when I went to pick it up. Then all the drama with trying to get the gift card. I guess it was somewhat worth it to me in the end but it was a hassle. The staff was very rude and I won't be keeping my prescriptions there.

Has anyone reached a limit on these cards? I received two with no problems and then on my third transfer I received a limit reached from the computer.
The pharmacist then had to delete my whole profile from the computer and reenter my info to allow for a third and forth Rx transfer. I have a couple more I could transfer. Has anyone successfully transferred more than two Rx's?

this has been an ongoing nightmare for me. the pharmacy is refusing my coupon even though i did everything exactly as stated in the walgreens instructions. i called corp. 3x and they have not called me yet and each time i talked to the person taking the info. I got a lame excuse as to why it was not honored. the pharmacy mgr even told me that wags made a "mistake" on their website. i will never use wags pharmacy again.

I used my gift card today to buy Kleenex. The total was $3.01. It would put $3.00 on the card and refused the $.01 even though there was over $9 left on the card.
