With this particular RR, you can use the U by Kotex RR when buying another U By Kotex and the RR will print again. Usually, the RR can't be used on the same promo or the new RR won't print.

Rolling at walgreens means you can use the register reward to purchase the same item and get another register reward back. They will probably fix this glitch in the computer in the next 24 hours, they usually don't have rolling register rewards.
