My favorite manager told me it was because she had just reset the printer for the RR and forgot to do whatever....she made a small adjustment and It printed just fine after that. I would call corporate when you are calm and let them know what happened. Don't get over zealous, that just makes you look crazy. But I have seen a complete turn around here in the last year or so. They really do respond well to feedback and make positive changes. Good luck

I normally love my Wags also, just lately there have been so many crappy changes. I am a regular and have been for years and they all know me. But my CVS is treating me so much better lately.
As for Customer Service, I called today and asked about it and she told me that because my store has new computer/registers, that what the mngr told me is correct. They do NOT issue RR's if a coupon for the same item is used. She said it was because the RR is from the MF and if I use a Q, then get a RR
the company (Kotex in this case) is losing money. So with the new registers, comes big changes. Not good ones in my opinion either.
So anyone wanna buy me 8 boxes of Kotex tampons, and get the RR's and I'll send them the money?? LOL!!! Anyway, I guess I'm just SOL here in smallville.

My store has the new registers too and I had no problem. The cashier even said, "oh, it's not supposed to be doing that!", but didn't do anything to stop the RR from printing. (if she even can?)

It's nice to know that even corporate doesn't know what they are talking about. 3 of my stores have the new registers and I got the RR at all three. Also, if that were the case, then they wouldn't ADVERTISE using a $1/1 coupon and get a RR. I'd call back and ask for a supervisor...these people need to be trained.

Went at 7pm cst to one Walgreens my local..no boxes to be found( will try the other stores tomorrow but maybe they have been shelf cleared due to the rolling!!

Went to my 24 Hour WAGS and they were all shelf cleared.
