I thought you couldn't use 2 MQ on the same item?? I'm confused now.. ?? Can someone please explain.. The Kotex RR is a MQ right? and so is the IP?

That's why you need a "filler". find a cheap item (like a 12 cent Easter clearance candy) to attach to the other coupon.
