I bought 3 Cottonelle on 4/21 and did not get the RR. I emailed Catalina Marketing and just received a reply that I didn't get the RR because I only bought 1. So I called them and the lady told me the same thing - I only bought 1. When the cashier rang them up she scanned 1 and did X 3 so in the total column it says 15.00 and on the side it says 3@5.00. Apparently each item must be scanned separately. Although I am sure that I have bought items rang up that way before and never had a problem. I faxed them the receipt so hoping they get it straight.

Did you try it today? Just wondering because the RR deal ended on the 28th. Hope you get it all straightened out. Would suck if the people just dont SEE that you bought 3. Sometimes ya just wanna shake ppl eh? .
