Wow, Skrap, I think I'm losin' it. Now, you KNOW I can't say you should take a value for the BOGO greater than that which you are supposed to be paying ($0.59 ~ ethical issue). I'm sure there are plenty of unsuspecting cashiers who wouldn't notice that AND also wouldn't notice the price difference, etc. when entering the q's, but that's highly YMMV.

I'm not understanding how you can do MM deals at Walgreens when they involve RRs. My Wags won't print the RRs until the total sale AFTER coupons is the minimum for the RR.

Example:
Last week I tried to purchase 2 boxes of DayQuil with coupons that made the 2 together equal 2 cents lower than the required $ for RR and the cashier ran it thru just to see if the RR would print and it did not. so I purchased one more box to get the RR .. it made sense but it certainly did chip into my savings.

It's because you were $0.02 short of the required amt for the RR, not due to the coupons It's ALWAYS the price before coupons that counts toward the RR, regardless of what the often uninformed or confused cashiers may tell you! Some stores, like CVS, will print the reward (ECB) when it comes "close" to the required amt, but Wags makes you buy the full amount.

This week, again, Pantene is BOGO 1/2 off. Most of my stores have Pantene products clearanced to $2.64. Today I bought 2 of the clearanced products to use a $3/2 that's expiring 1/31 and those clearanced products WERE included in the sale, so $.96 for both. A great deal for me.

Also clearanced was Head & Shoulders for $2.99; Suave conditioner for $.49; Penzoil motor oil for $1.44; and Pumpkin pie filling $.82.

Good luck! I've done it a bunch of times this month, using the tearpad coupons, and it worked perfectly each time And FWIW, my Wags is NOT coupon friendly at all, and looks for every possibly way to block my deals...still had no problems!

Just an FYI, I think the latest round of register updates have made it so that for spend $x, get $y RR deals the $x price is equal to the sale price less any Wags coupons. So if there is an in ad coupon or an IVC those coupons do not count. MF coupon values do count towards the $x amount. I thought that was what the issue was with the Dayquil last week but I skipped the deal so I could be mis remembering.
