I miss those coloring book qs too - those were awesome for bandaids, neosporin, tylenol, and diapers.

We could use a good diaper deal here too... let's hope Wags has a new Infant coupon book for 2012.

Pink Bismuth, I like your breakdown--Thank you! Does anybody think there might be a double dip RR on the Nature Valley? As part of the General Mills deal and just as a Nature Valley OYNO deal? I haven't been keeping up with Wags much lately, so u may be totally off. Just thought I saw the possibility?

Basically you would just buy 2 Triaminic products for $10. Hand the cashier your coupons and pay for the balance. The $5 Register Rewards (RR) will print after paying. You can use the $5 RR to pay for any purchases at Wags. However if you used it on Triaminic again, there won't be anymore RR printed out. So generally, use the RR on something else other than the original items that gave that RR As far as limit goes, there are no limits. However you would just buy & pay for 2 Triaminics in each transaction (because only one $5 RR prints per transaction). As a newcomer, the Walgreens 101 post has a lot of valuable information. You can find it here: Walgreens 101~Everything you want to know about shopping at Walgreens Still unsure? Here is a list of how I plan on doing my transactions: #1 2 Triaminic (2/$10) 1 Aussie (2.99) Use 2 $2 mq's 1-$1 mq's Total after mq's $8 Use GC from previous purchase-Total OOP $0 Recv $6RR (remaining GC balance $6) Tran #2 On a different website I saw where if you buy $20 in Nestle products you would receive a $5 register reward. The following is one scenario for this offer: Buy 6 Skinny Cow Candy, 6 pack $2.99 Buy 2 Coffee-Mate Liquid, 16-oz. $1.50 Use 3 B1G1 Free – (walmart.com) And use 2 $0.75/2 – Nestle Coffee-Mate Product (I wasn't able to get the q from facebook but Coffee Mate has a q for $.75/2) Use $6RR (from tran #1)/Use $5.22 (from remaining GC) Pay $0 OOP, Receive $5.00 RR/$1 (remaining on GC) #3 2 Tylenol Cough (2/$10) 1 Aussie (2.99) Use 2 $2 mq's 1-$1 mq's Use $5RR (from #2) and $1 GC Total OOP $2/Rcv $6RR Woot! All of this for $2OOP and I'll still have $6 RR! |

will this scenario work? 3 - Alka Seltzer cold plus: $4.99 each $2/1 Alka Seltzer Plus Product, exp. 3/31/12 (RP 12/04/11) $2/1 Alka Seltzer Product, exp. 1/28/12 (Walgreens, Jan) $3 OOP $5 in RRs when you buy $15 (not sure about this one since it's three cents short!) 1 - Muscletech Smart Protein Bar (2.2 oz.) - $1.99 $1.99 OOP Get $1.99 RRs 1 - EOS Lip Balm - $2.99 Get $2 RRs $2.99 OOP 1 - Herbal Essences or Aussie Product $2.99 $1/1 Herbal Essences or Aussie Product, exp. 1/31/12 (P&G 01/01/12) Get $1 RR $2 OOP Total OOP, before tax: about $10, RR = $9.99 *crosses fingers*

#1 2 Triaminic (2/$10) Morton Salt, 26oz (59c) Use (2) 3/1 Triaminic Total After Qs: $4.95 Use: $5RR Total OOP: $0 Receive: $5RR #2 2 Triaminic (2/$10) EOS Lip Balm ($2.99) Use (2) 3/1 Triaminic Total After Qs: $7.53 Use: $5RR Total OOP: $2.53 Receive: $5RR & $2RR #3 2 Triaminic (2/$10) Herbel Essences ($2.99) Use (2) 3/1 Triaminic Use (1) 1/1 Herbel Essences Total After Qs: $6.45 Use: $5RR & $2RR Total OOP: $0 Receive: $5RR & $1RR As my filler, plan on getting (5) 10c christmas candies that were near the register I plan on also getting me some tylenol that will give me the $5RR. The CVS across the street had a $2/1 tylenol Q. If they still have some in the morning then this will be another transaction. #4 2 Triaminic (2/$10) 2 Tylenol Liquid (2/$10) Use (2) 3/1 Triaminic Use (2) 2/1 Tylenol Liquid Total After Qs: $10 Use: (2) $5RR Total OOP: $0 Receive: (2) $5RR The $5RR that I will be using for these transactions will be the ones that I received from the Walgreens condom deal they just had. I have 12 3/1 Triaminic Qs to use so will probably do these transactions 2x. If they have a good deal on makeup, then maybe I'll toss some in there. If I do Transaction #1-3 2x then my Total OOP will be $4.06 but I'll receive (6) $5RR & (1) $1RR. I still have (8) $5RR as well to use so I could do multiple Transaction #4 if I'm able to get my hands on the $2/1 Tylenol.

But if this is my very first trip, it would be 4.95 OOP on #1 right.... I am still new to all this... It will be a little more OOP for me, but I guess I gotta start somewhere, huh??? One more question.... I can also basically use the same transactions but just replace the tylenol with the triaminic too, right? Quote:

Will I be able to use the Alka Seltzer coupon that is in the Wags January booklet? One blog states that it is questionable because the booklet states $2/1 Alka-Seltzer 12 to 72 ct and the ad states Alka Setzer Plus 20 ct....She was saying that it was the wording from the booklet just saying Alka Seltzer and not saying Alka setzer plus and that was throwing her off...If there is anyone that is doing this deal please come back and let us know how u did it. Thanks Lynn |

I haven't done this deal but someone on another forum was saying the coupon would not work for her. The register kept beeping and wouldn't work even after the cashier entered it manually

The Alka Seltzer deal is a NO GO.....the IVC is for Alka Seltzer 12-72 ct. (the original) not the Plus.....it's a bummer I was looking forward to this deal....that is why the IVC beeps it is not for the right product~

I bought 2 Slim Fast at $ 4.99 each, used the b1g1f coupon from todays paper. A Cat for $1.50/1 came out. My cashier (who is awesome) said lets see if we can use it now. She used it and out popped another one. So 2 for $ 3.49. I will buy more on the way home. Last edited by bjbby1; 01-01-2012 at 03:15 PM. Reason: correction |

So if you have 2 slim fasts for $4.99 can you use the b1g1 coupon and I have a coupon for $1.50 off. Can I use both or would I need to buy 3?

Yes, you can use the $ 1.50 off and the b1g1f only buying 2. Yes, she used the $1.50 cat before she finished my transaction and another one came out. So now I still have a $1.50/1 to use. Last edited by bjbby1; 01-01-2012 at 03:16 PM. Reason: correction |

| So, In order to keep getting the $5RR then I can't use the one I get for the transaction before unless if is from something other than Triaminic/Tylenol?
