I bought a blue last week and got a catalina but my wags has been out since so I haven't even been able to redeem my free coupon! I hope the shelf clearers can stay away long enough to let us small fries at least get our free one (since we had to pay full price for the first one!)

I think you are right! I live in a very small town with only 1 wags and very few serious couponers but my store had boxes of these things. The green ones even had a catalina sign under them. The cashier called the beauty adviser and she let me do all of my transactions at the beauty counter. I was able to get 25 and the ba was just talking and laughing about it.

I didn't coupon when I lived in Navarre but I wish I had been a couponer because there would have been no issues with empty shelves! Down here everyone thinks they have to be "extreme" and "like that show"

I live in Mississippi, but my family has a condo in Navarre. Couponing there is even better than it is here!! I was there for 3 weeks this summer and the Walgreens cashiers thought the deals I was getting were incredible. They said that they had never seen anyone get things for so cheap. They would let me do as many transactions as I wanted and one beauty adviser even took my cell phone number and called me when they got a FARR item in stock. I wish I could coupon there more, but I can't wait for Thanksgiving

I had that problem with a manager I asked just out of curiosity if there was a limit and with a sour face she snapped well its a free catalina so its one free. And I of course thought to myself well if its only one then why is the catalina still coming out after my 8th one. I got 14 so Im happy and I smiled and walked out with yet another free catalina...

I'm in central Texas also, and rolled over the catalina at several stores around noon. Then at 1:00 pm (C.S.T.), I had gotten several at one store , but then the last one didn't produce a cat. I went to the pharmacy, and it did work back there. I went back to the front, and it worked for one, but then with the next one, it didn't work. I'm not sure why it started working/not working sporadically, unless maybe they were in the process of stopping it. I didn't go to another store after that.

worked for me like 8 times, my advice (I do it anyways), when you get your mints with coupon don't get any more items with them, maybe sometimes those other items trigger another catalina and you don't get Catalina for your mints. Happend with me few weeks ago when it was deal for Listerine (every time you buy it, gives you coupon $1 off), worked fine for me up until I got one Listerine and Lipton Ice Tea. Spit catalina for Lipton but not another one for Listerine.
