I left several messages on the 800 # for reservations and never heard back.

Please start calling the company responsible for offering the deal and they will make sure it gets followed up on.

Don't press 1. They are just a rebate center, they aren't able to do anything with it. I just chose to stay on the line the second time. When I first explained the situation to the person that answered, he said I should talk to the Wyeth rebate center. When I told him that I had already connected to them and they said they didn't have anything to do with it. He then placed me on hold, he told me to call 1-800-446-9824. Calling them now.

Called that number. Immediately got a pick up, told her what I was calling what my call was regarding. She told me that she was connecting me to ext 2647. She said that she was the customer service rep for Walgreens. She told me that the rebate was through walgreens and I should deal with them. I told her exactly what walgreens told me (see my post in the other spa thread). She then said that she had no idea who I should deal with but it wasn't her. She took my name and number and said she would try to find out and call back.

So again...up a creek with no paddle.

I have to say that this seriously puts the rebate program in a different light for me. I only buy the listed products because of the rebate. If the rebates aren't going to be honored there is no point. If they didn't want to honor the rebate for the cough drops they shouldn't have sent out the certificates.
