Normal i buy cheap gum for like $.30 but this sunday i bought papers for $.75 i thought i could save more money by buyin something important as a fill than spending .30-.40 on something i dont need.

Yes, you have 2 items (fish oil, laffy taffy) and you are wanting to use 3 cpns (1 fish oil and 2 RRs) You need to have as many items as you have cpns., therefore, you would need 1 one small filler item. HTH

I hate getting candies as well, what I have used before is ramen noodles(quick n better than candy .39), mazapan (Mexican candies .25), and any clearance items under .40. My sister said go use koolaid pouch but I haven't found them at my store.

The womens Knee highs, .34, caramels by the register .33, cow tails caramels .34. If you have a AWESOME manager whom has a lot of couponers in your store aske if he/she can order Laffy taffy small candies. They are .10 a piece!!!

At the neighboring walgreens they sell Hershey minature candies for .25 cents. But I also see some .10 lotion in the clearance section today along with some .25 cent trial size deodorant! Awesome!

My husband likes the Pearson nut rolls. At 2/1.00, they make great fillers. They are made in MN and have protein. When the Wags big roll toilet paper goes on sale with IVC for 50 cents, I use them as fillers. Baking soda at 50 cents a box (IVC) is also a good filler.
The individual popcorn they sell cheaply contains hydrogenated oil so I'd skip that. Wags needs to stop selling so many products with harmful oils. What do you think?

I have one local store that must have a very smart manager. He/she opens a bag of mixed candy and dumps it in a basket by the register and sells them for $.05 each. They make way more money selling them individually than in the bag and I get to add a filler, usually a peppermint, for just a nickel. I love it!
At other stores, I just use clearance or ad specials. Hubby is a Snickers fanatic so those have been good lately. I used the Act II last week. I didn't even see the chicken broth this week so thanks for that idea!

My store has the little webkinz on the clearance shelf marked down 75% to $1.49. Not the cheapest filler but they make great birthday presents.

One of my Walgreens has little candles, about 1 inch in height, on clearance for 10 cents. I wish all of our stores had these because they are perfect fillers. I was a neighboring Walgreens the other day and the cheapest filler I could find was 49 cent bags of candy.

I just realized last night that from all that I have in my stockpile -- I have more candy -- from "fillers" than anything!! We are just getting the concept of Wags -- and from now on that is the first thing we look for when we walk in the store -- also by the beauty counter the manager put up a sign for " couponers " -- if we would like to place an order - all we have to do is email him and he will have our stock ready when we get there -- so we can custom order what we want with the coupons -- and not even have to worry about looking all around the store for it and finding that it was cleared from the shelf -- Is that awesome or what???? Our Wags is so nice !!!

Wow, that is amazing! My Walgreens are both very nice to couponers but it sounds like yours is just going the extra mile to help people save money. You should send them a thank you note

Since I am from FL and it was hotter then the surface of the sun I got the $1 Gatorade yesterday. Kinda high for a filler but I figured I would have stopped for a drink sometime during my errands.

Did u happen to see the .55 off vitamin water hangtags? I got some of those and they are only 1.00 at cvs and wal mart! Makes for a cheap drink on hot days! I'm in Texas!
