Just wondering whether I should rush out again, or if I should stay home and reconfigure my coupons for the "lower" amount deals! My fingers are crossed! Thanks!



**********UPDATE********* Monday evening, south Louisiana

OK, this triple RR deal worked for me at 5 pm (CDT) but at 5:30 it had stopped working. When it didn't work at the same store I'd been to 30 minutes before, using the same combination of products, I tried at another store, using a different combination.* All I got both times was the $10/20!

Sniff, sniff... I'm going to try another one tomorrow (Tuesday) and see what happens. I hope the party isn't over!!

*(The first transaction was 3 large bottles of Olay body wash and 1 Old Spice anti-perspirant. The second was 3 bottles of Infusium and 1 Gillette anti-perspirant.)

Can someone help me figure out why I did NOT get the $10 RR, only the $4 + 2? I spent $21.xx pre-coupons pre-tax on the stuff pictured in the ad. It IS pre-coupons right?
So if I really should've gotten the $20, what do I do now? If I return everything to rebuy, I don't have another set of most of the coupons (that I used, esp. the OLAY free body wash wyb lotion/ cleanser).

The same thing happened to me yesterday. Actually it happened twice. I only got the $4 and the $2. I have no clue why though.

On another boy it said that one of the Olay smells were not working for this deal for some reason. They didn't even put which one but maybe if the two of you both got Olay and put which one we can figure this out. Again, I read that on another board I have not done the deal as of yet but can't wait too.

yep I got Olay body wash, the ginseng one.

My Dil bought 6 Herbal essences on sale 3/10...she used 3 B1G1 and 3 1/1 and only got the 2 and 4, not the 10...she asked the cashier and it turned out that the herbal Essence rang up at 2.99..all 6 did. so, while manager was voiding the whole deal, DIL palmed her $6 in RR and they forgot about it. She wound up walking out with $22 in RR and 6 bottles of Herbal Essences for $7!

I did 6 transactions back to back today, the last one was at 4:56 CST and it was still working. When I got home and checked the boards, people were reporting it quit at 5 pm CST. whew! that was close but I'm glad I used my coupons expiring tomorrow.

I got $18 in cats per transaction because I also bought Aleve and used $2 MQ and got add'l $2 OYNO cat for that.

Did you talk w/ the manager?? I called and they're having me come in to fill out some form to mail in -- anyone done this before? Will I get $ back on a gc or what??

I purchased the same thing last night and the register would only let me use 1 one the $3/1 coupons. They kept beeping....Then when I tried to pay with my $10RR it kept beeping! I added in 3 more filler items and it still wouldn't take! The mgr came over and couldn't figure it either, other than telling me I had too many coupons I finally left without the products and without using the RR. What good are these things if they don't work. I kept telling them that CVS lets me use all the coupons I want!! Can anybody tell me what went wrong?

I did 8 checkouts today..... got a $10 RR each time.

Super friendly managers and cashiers. (Infusium BOGO messed up on one deal-- manager fixed it no prob)

Cashier was telling me that earlier that day a guy checked out with her and got he 10,4, AND 2 today (Tuesday). I did not and she could not remember what exactly he had bought.

I am loaded up!

Don't remember exactly what I got ....have to go unload bags.

I just got back from the Dells and the deal is back to the correct amount.

On SUnday I did have problems with th Infusion $3 coupons. It would only let me use 1 of them plus 2 of the BOGO coupons.

I ended up doing 7 deals today to finish using up all the 7/31 coupons.

What deals will you be doing for the rest of the week at Walgreens?? You know that many of the P&G coupons expire 7/31 and the register is only giving us $10. So, what is a deal that will make items free or better than free starting on 8/1/07? Thanks in advance for any advice!!
