My store told me yesterday when I asked.. Every Tuesday. (I asked as nothing was in stock-) Probably different for every Wags though

my store also told me on tuesdays, i'm sure you could call your local walgreens and ask them when their trucks come in

Just call the store and ask them when their truck comes in. Then wait a day as it takes them that long to unload it.
