I think next week both Dimetap and Robitussin would be on sale for $3.99 w/ 10RR wyb 3. Which one is a better cold medicine? I mean I've never even heard of either of them before I started WAG RR deals (we just took Tyrenol or Sudafed cap when we had cold). Besides the fact Robitussin has $3q and Dimetap has $2q, what else is different? Does one work better than the other? Thanks!

Everyone is different when it comes to taking cold medicine. What may work for you will not work as good for someone else.

We like Robitussin, but we have used Dimetapp without any problems.

I like the Robitussin myself but it tastes gross. LOL. Ok what cough syrups don't? The consistency of Robitussin is definitely thicker than Dimetap IMHO. You could always mix/match the two.

is Wags still taking the IP's? I'd heard they weren't taking the $3 ones. What about the $2? are these even available anymore?

I generally use dimetapp for nasal congestion and robitussin is better for coughs, IMO. Dimetap definitely tastes better than robitussin.
