| ok, I've asked for help with this a couple of times, and no one seems to know what I'm talking about, but since I REALLY want to figure it out, I'm gonna ask AGAIN :P Here's the way it goes down every time for me: I log in go to ES page there are 3 buttons - 'check rebate status', 'claim rebates', and 'check online claims status' I choose 'claim rebates' I arrive at a page in LARGE print that is really rather empty, but at the top there are tabs that say 'choose month' 'choose offers' 'enter receipts', etc. on the right side of the page it details how to enter rebates online, at the bottom of the page it has the links for the es catalogs and tally sheets. NOWHERE does it have anything I can click on to enter receipts or choose month or anything (I am wondering if the blank part of the page is supposed to contain this part - only thing is, I've tried using different computers, creating a new account, everything I can think of, but it's always the same). Is this what is supposed to happen? am I really that dumb, or is there something else at work here, ? can someone please try and detail for me what should be happening, or what I'm doing wrong?TIA! | This what my page looks like after I click on the claim rebate ![]() Then I click on start/add receipt and then this comes up ![]() Hope this helps you, you may have to contact them to find out what is going on. Or try a different browser? I don't know why that would matter though. |

| Sorry you are having problems. When I log in and do the same thing you said I come to a page that says choose rebate month. Then in those boxes it gives me the options of checking last months stuff or entering this months stuff. If that doesn't sound like what you are getting I guess i would contact wags and question them. Be in front of your computer and maybe they can walk you through it. Sorry I wasn't much help. |

| I used to have the same issue in July and August. It would say to choose the rebate month but there were no buttons to choose. When I logged in last month all of sudden it worked. I wish I knew what to tell you to do to fix it but mine just seemed to fix itself. Have you tried logging out and logging in again a few times. I hope you get it to work. But you can always submit by mail. |

| I know I posted this a looong time ago, but I wanted to update how this problem was solved in case anyone else ever has this problem...and apparently they do, b/c I finally called Wags, and they knew exactly what I was talking about ![]() If you go to 'claim rebates' and your page looks like it's in large print and there is no 'start/add receipts' button, go to the top of your browser where the 'file, edit, view, etc.' buttons are. Click on 'view' ,scroll down to 'text size' and then click on 'medium'. Works like a charm ![]() |
