I got a letter today saying I won't get a rebate because I didn't send in my original receipt, I know for a fact I did, right after I copied them, there were 4, I put them in the envelope and mailed them off, I even remembered thinking that the envelope was kinda thick hope I don't need another stamp, so there's a number to call, has this happened to anyone?

You might want to try submitting online (no stamp needed). Once you enter your receipt, there is nothing to dispute. I am so glad that they started submitting online. Just a thought!

I agree. Online is way faster and easier. They just pull up your reciept after you enter the number from the top of your reciept and it tells you days after (and well before you finalize) if and what you qualify for.

I had that happen with a Pepsi rebate I was so mad!!

that's strange but its a good sign they acknowledge receipt of your submission.

previously, I had to follow up why my rebate was taking so long. it turned out they did not receive it. I asked for a fax number to send the copies of my submission and in 2 weeks they reloaded my card.

its good you scanned/copied your submission. you don't have to re-send via snail mail. they accept fax submissions, just ask for the fax number to send it to and its a lot faster that way and you avoid it getting lost in the mail.

PS: if ES rejects your submission, call and ask for a supervisor and explain to him/her that it is impossible to re-send original receipts because you've already sent it to them. the next best thing you can do is to fax a scan of your submission. if he/she is reasonable, they will understand and process your rebates.

I am still having issues with AUGUST rebate. I am a little upset by it but whatever. I submit online and I am owed $70.xx and they are saying the are accepting it so now I have to send in my receipts. I couldn't find every single one grrrr luckily I think I am only missing out on $5, but we all know what $5 will do. So lesson learned was to make sure to keep all my receipts!

I think that you will be fine if you just contact them, they seem to handle things legitimate and all that and should know that most people are going to send the receipt in and you should be able to put a copy through to them somehow!
